Review: I sent a device to Guzu back on 7/**/2015. They were to pay me $50.00 for the device. I reached out to them on 4 different occasion. The first time (7/**) no one responded. The 2nd time (7/**) I followed up because no one contacted me back from 7/**. Lindsey said they were having some issues with [redacted] and would cut me a check and I would get it in a few days. Nothing came. August **, August ** and Sept * I reached out to them again and no response. It has now been over 2 months, and still no payment. Order # [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want to either be paid the $50 they owe me or return my device.

Review: Submitted and received offers from Guzu for two iPads and one iPhone on 12/*/15, 12/**/15, and 1/*/16. Each item was shipped to Guzu as directed (log below) but no payment as promised as of this writing (2/*/16).

On 2/*/16 sent final demand for payment outlining all three items with the warning that I would be filing Revdex.com complaint if not paid. No contact and no response, and of course no payment received.Desired Settlement: Desired resolution is Guzu making payment in full as promised.

Review: Guzu accepted delivery of my son's Apple laptop in August 2015, then sent an email requesting we accept a lower amount for the device because they claimed it did not have the memory it DID have (we have the paperwork), then sent an email on 9/*/15 indicating we would receive payment in 1 - 3 days via [redacted], which we have yet to see. Repeated attempts to contact their customer service department have gone completely unanswered. After the fact, some internet research made we aware that we aren't the only ones this has happened to. The last time I checked this was called larceny - and they continue to advertise for others to send in their devices. We still get solicitation emails from them.Desired Settlement: Payment as promised or return or the device.

Review: I sent in an ipad after I was quoted $210. I received an email stating that they received my ipad. A few days later on 8/**/2015 I received an email stating my check for $210 was in the mail. I was told if not received in 5 days to contact them. I have sent 3 emails to them with no response, other than the auto reply. I also tried calling the phone number listed, no answer. I want either $210 or my ipad back.Desired Settlement: I want my payment or will gladly take my ipad back.

Stated there was a "warning" not to honor checks written by Guzu. So I am still out an ipad/$210.00.

Review: I went to their website to sell the company my iPhone. We had an agreed upon price and I sent in the equipment. I received a check for payment however, the check bounced for insufficient funds by their bank. I have made many attempts to contact the business to obtain a replacement check - through their website, email and I have called their office many times. Nobody gets back to me or responds to my attempts to contact them.Desired Settlement: I would like to either receive my money for payment or receive my phone back.

Review: I was issued a check for 70 dollars for my phone. When I cashed the check I recevied the money because my bank allows the first 100 dollars accesible. When they turn it in it was denied for insufficent funds and my bank deducted the money from my account to cover the charge. I have sent emails to the company and have recevied no response.Desired Settlement: I would like to have that 70 dollars back that GuZu rightfully owes me for the device that I sent in.

Review: Shipped two iphones in August 2015 after receiving a quote of $335.00. After sending numerous emails finally received a check for $90.00 with no explanation in November and deposited check and this check has now bounced and caused bounced check fees. When I sent in an email to support - they want me to send them the information about the bounced check that they sent to me. Total rip off. I would like $ 345.00 send to me.Desired Settlement: I would like $ 345.00 send to me.

Review: I sold my IPhone 5 to Guzu for a offer price of $210. I accepted their offer and sent my phone to them. I received a company check # [redacted] for $210. I deposited the check last week and it has now bounced. I have tried to contact them but the # just goes to voicemail.Desired Settlement: I would like a cashier check or my phone back.

Review: This comes as a bit of a shock as I have used this business in the past without issue. I sent my Galaxy S5 in about a month ago and was told that my item was approved for $100.00 on 10/**/2015. I have not received any signs of reimbursement or contact from them since then. I've attempted to contact customer service on three separate occasions, only to receive and automated response saying that my inquiry would be answered within 48 hours. The only two phone numbers I was able to scrounge up were both disconnected.Desired Settlement: I would like the appraised value of my phone to be deposited in my [redacted] account or to have my phone returned to my possession so that I may take my business elsewhere.

Review: I sent in a Macbook Pro, a [redacted] generation iPad, and a Motorola cell phone into Guzu. I was quoted $257.50 upon receipt and the products were verified by Guzu on August [redacted]. On the same day, I received a separate email saying that my payment was on the way and would be received within 5 business days. Because I had not received payment in a timely manner, I contacted Guzu's customer support 4 times in the few days and I have yet to receive a response. The lack of customer service is very disconcerting and I would like to receive the promised payment for my products. Otherwise this situation is simply akin to highway robbery/theft.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the promised payment in the amount of $257.50 for my products ASAP.

Review: I sold a Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900V to Guzu for $195 on 7/*/15, order [redacted]. Order confirmation email was received on 7/*/15 and package received by Guzu confirmation email was received on 7/*/15 but I've not yet received payment. I also received confirmation from [redacted] that the device I sent to Guzu was removed from my account/personal info. Multiple efforts to contact company via email, website form, social media and phone have been ignored.Desired Settlement: Payment of $195 in full.

Shortly after recieving, within about 3 hours on the day of receipt of the merchandise, I recieved an email stating my device was approved for payment and I'd recieve payment in 1-3 business days. I emailed the company when the money was not deposited in my [redacted] account within that timeframe and never recived a reply.

Review: I sent Guzu, Inc. and IPhone 6plus on October **, 2015. I then received an email on October **, 2015 at 10:25am stating that they did indeed receive my phone. I then got another email from Guzu, Inc. at 11:06am on the same day October **, 2015 stating that my product was approved and I would be receiving my payment within 1-3 business days. On October **. 2015 at 9:08pm I sent my first email in regards to my payment and the concern as to its whereabouts. I got no response. Then I sent another email on October **, 2015 at 1:54pm again with no response except for the automated "[redacted]" which has yet to happen. I even called why I don't know, but I tried anyway. I then sent my final email on November *, 2015 at 11:56am and I still have not received a response or my payment of $105.Desired Settlement: I would like either my payment in full of $105 like promised from Guzu, Inc. that will be honored by their bank with the allotted funds or I would like my product returned ASAP

Review: I sent in * iPhone 5S phones for cash. They stated on 10/*/115 at 10:39 am that they received the phones. On 10/*/15 at 10:57 am I received an email that the value agreed upon had been approved and that I should expect payment via PayPal within 1-3 business days. I contacted them on 10/*/15, 10/**/15 and now 10/**/15. On 10/**/15 I did finally receive a response from Amanda that they experienced fraud in their accounts and were working on payments. However, when I asked when I could expect payment, I received no response again.Desired Settlement: I want my $345.00 as promised or I want my exact phones sent back. I am sure that they have already sold them so payment is probably all they can do.

I have e-mailed the company various times about this issue with no response. Review: I entered into an agreement with Guzu to sell my iPhone 5 for $120. I mailed them my phone, which was inspected and approved for payment, and was actually mailed the check for $120. However, once I deposited the check, it bounced and I was obviously charged a return check fee by my bank for Guzu's mistake. Guzu has the phone that I sold them, and I have nothing to show it.

I have contacted Guzu through every means possible, but have received no response. It has been 25 days since I initially tried to deposit the check, and has been over two weeks since I have initially reached out to Guzu.Desired Settlement: I would like for Guzu to uphold their end of our agreement and provide me a check for $120. Additionally, I would like Guzu to reimburse me the $5 I was charged for the returned check since it was due to no error on my part.
