Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Your claim that Haier does not sell refurbished TV's is false I have attached screen shots are screen shots of my order and the Haier listing on [redacted] , listing a refurbished TV The other screen shots are emails from Haier customer services reps acknowledging my order, trying to help me get the TV to work, and then denying the warranty The [redacted] screen shots clearly state "day warranty from Haier" under "Specifications" and "The Fine Print" You do sell refurbished TV's and there is a printed offer of a day warranty I have attached proof Regards, [redacted] ***

To whom it may concern: 6/2/ I have been going back and forth with this issue all week, and feel I have been dealt with very badly When I first called I explained that we could not take this air conditioner back due to my husbands illness..I was told I would be emailed forms to fill out and A new one would be sent to me..I received the forms filled them out and sent them back within minutes to start the process since the air conditioner is used for medical reasons I could get no response through email saying they received them no matter how many emails I sent, so I called, upon calling I was told the forms were received but they needed a picture of the model number and etc..even though I sent this information....I immediately took and picture and sent it...I called once again to see if it was received and was once again given the run around being told to give it hours...I called once again hours later and was told it was received, but had to go to another dept and they did not know if I would get a refund or a new unit!!!! ALL OF THIS WAS TO RECEIVE A NEW UNIT NOT A REFUND!! as I explained my husband is a stage cancer patient and we need it for medical reasons..If you need proof of this I will email it to you!! all I can say is just remember what you give in this life you get back eventually! I am now told I will get a call tomorrow to tell me if I get a new unit or a refund!! which we both know will not happen and I will have to call againI really cannot believe this!! Let me say all of my phone calls and what has happened has been documented by date, name and information if you need to see it How can you people be so disrespectful and cruel? The above letter was sent also to the company..I purchased the portable air on 5/25/2016,, It did not have a way to direct the air and it only came out one side!! Rose Raleigh

The replacement unit the customer received would be under the warranty of the original unit, which is a one year warranty This is industry standard We are offering to extend the warranty to cover a one time repair of the unit

I am rejecting this response because: The person responding for Haier should go open and close the door of one of these refrigeratorsIf they had they would realize that when you close the left door, the piece that broke goes in then attaches to the peg and turns to sealYou can not force that piece in order to cause damage.

I appreciate the quick reply, but unfortunately $does not help me out because I am still
left with a broken ac unitSo now I am forced to buy a new ton ac unit and handler to make it through this extreme summer heatI would be willing to settle for $dollars or if you would like to over night me a new ton unit along with a new air handler.

Our executive office has emailed *** *** asking that he contact them at *** to arrange for a technician to be sent to repair the unit As stated in my first response, we will extend the warranty to cover this one repair

As of today I still have not heard back from the company, in their last response they state that they were sending it over to the insurance companyI did send another case with the Revdex.com and the company advised they would pay and now they are denying me and you closed the case! I have emails from the company advising that I can return the item to the store and now they are saying that I cant! They have been giving me the run around the whole time

According to our records *** *** called in for the first time on 2/10/regarding his tv A technician went to repair the tv on 2/18/and now needs to order another part The technician will go back when the part arrives If the new part does not fix the problem we can look
at alternative accommodations

The dealer will receive a credit from Haier and replace the unit for the customer from their stock

I am rejecting this response because:This unit is obviously defective and does not meet minimum standards The unit has been properly maintained and should not require service calls in the first years I have spent well over 5,dollars on just labor and the number grows every month *** *** *** ** *** stated that parts were no longer stocked by the distributor in Jacksonville and no parts could be found as the supplier requires a distributor I have since purchased another part and have had to pay for labor (total to fix the unit) on 12/15/ The year warrantee is worthless as: A: I cannot get parts and B: The underlying defective workmanship that is causing these problems remains unfixed I would like to replace the unit as I have little faith in the resiliency of the unit I would also be happy to exchange my HVAC with a member of Haier managements' HVAC so that they may experience the financial hardship and frustration that I have had to endure It is obvious that they have an inferior product I will accept a complete refund for the defective unit and 5,to replace the unit with one that operates correctly A good company will stand behind it's products and empower it's employees to make good decisions regarding customer service
