I am rejecting this response because: I called on February the 6th not the 10thThey have attempted to repair my tv twice and now want to try a 3rdI have called them a total of times, plus the company they are sending to try and fix the tv, now are not willing to work with me on the time to see if they can repair the tvPoor customer service on both companies.

continue to ask for me to call a repair man for the damages to the wall unit No one can repair water damage to wood Its impossible I sent pictures of the damages I am still trying to deal with them with respect to this matter but I did not want the timeline to lapse and this matter be closed automatically so at this point, I am still trying to rectify this matter with the company but I am not satisfied with their response as of yet

A refund check for the full amount of the unit was processed today ID # ***

Haier has offered to arrange replacement of the unit through the store, Best BuyBest Buy has been informed that Haier will be providing full credit for the product and they should arrange replacement to the customer.Since this is a window Air conditioner which is installed by the customer not by Haier we will not be offering restitution for additional costs incurred in installation

I am rejecting this response because:On the *** *** website, it clearly states the Manufacturer's warranty year parts and labor and years compressor (attached in picture as print screen)This is directly against what the manufacturer is sayingThey didn't include a loophole or asterisk, for commercial productsAlso, *** *** is a wholesale store, selling wholesale goodsTherefore that fridge and all other goods are for wholesale and the warranty stated is therefore for wholesale, which is a year long, NOT 90- daysAlso attached are complaints of this product not working (NOT holding the correct temperature)Also attached the product description from *** *** and it states on website any questions or concerns are to go to manufacturer. I also have a reference number from haier - #*** when I called in to complainAlso The sent out a tech, the tech found nothing inherently wrong with it, just that it wouldn't hold temperatureHe called the Haier company and they told him the same "day story" that isnt following the website and their description. Also, the 3rd Haier employee I spoke to said they are at no fault for their product because of their limited warrranty, that isnt stated anywhere at all. This issue is regarding that fact that they knowingly are selling faulty products and are doing nothing about it to recify the situationThis product is sold in wholesale store for wholesalers, ie commercial use, therefore if someone possibly were to get sick because the fridge didnt hold the correct temperature, this would be the fault of the Haier company knowingly selling and not recifying the fridge(for example, like a recall) etcThank you

I am rejecting this response because: I never saw the manual for this refrigerator until it was installed and the deliverymen were leaving. When I purchased this refrigerator, I specifically told the salesman where I was installing it, we discussed how it was closed on the back and he told me that it would be fine. I believe this goes to implied warranty.
Also on page 19 of the manual: What is covered: The components of the sealed system (e.g. hermetic compressor, condenser and evaporator) from manufacturing defects for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Any damage to such components caused by mechanical abuse or improper shipping and handling will not be covered. The compressor was not worked on and I did not ship it.
I feel that Haier and [redacted] need to put their heads together for a solution to my problem. If neither of you are willing to back up this piece of junk, it doesn't say much for either company!

I am rejecting this response because:
I wanted to email and let you know that my husband and I deny the response from Haier regarding our dryer fire.
I want to be clear that we did not deny an inspection of the dryer as Haier stated in their response. We have asked them several times to remove that statement from our claim file.  They sent a service person here to do an inspection. He could not schedule us until November 9th (although their response says the 10th).  The service person from ** [redacted] came to our house, he did not bring any tools with him, just a camera. He confirmed the dryer had caught fire, took some pictures of the dryer and looked at our utility room. Then he left without doing an inspection.  I have been trying to find someone to do an inspection as I do not want this to happen to someone else. Plus I'd like to get the dryer out of my garage, but I am waiting for someone to tell me that it's alright to get rid of it, especially since I will have a houseful of people here on the 19th. 
As far as our utility room being "cleaned and repaired", the service guy scheduled his visit a week after the fire. I'm not sure if they understand that the smell of burnt plastic was too strong to live with for a week and we did not have any instruction to hold off on any repairs, so of course we did what we could to eliminate the odor. 
Lastly, I should mention that after I posted some pictures on Haier's facebook page, Haier contacted us and offered us $300. We felt that it was not a fair offer after requesting we send them pictures and receipts that total close to $2000. So we counter offered  $2000.  Haier then came back with a $400 offer. We explained that the damages were roughly $800 if you subtracted the cost of the replacement dryer we bought. That is where we are at now.

Haier has reviewed the pictures provided and feel that this is not a design defect and is actually misuse of the product. Specifically what has happened is the door was closed with force with the center flap in the wrong position.Haier will not be providing additional warranty...

I am rejecting this response because:Haier is shady in their business practices.  I will never do business with them again.  I am out $400.00 because of their scam to sell a defective TV.  Just Google them and see the thousands upon thousands of complaints against them.  I wish I would have prior to my purchase.  Revdex.com - I hope you take notice of their shady business practices.  They sold 20 refurbished television units on that one [redacted] deal alone.  This TV (among thousands of other TV's of theirs!) is defective!  It will *never* work again.  Obviously I do not want one of their repair servicers to come in to my home "as a courtesy" to attempt to fix what is defective and cannot be repaired.  Deny the warranty and then when I show proof suddenly they will honor it but "only as a courtesy".  Yeah right.  I simply want my money back.  They refuse.  Shady, shady scammers.  Their customer service is still emailing me... they do not have internal communication.  Ridiculous!  I am so pissed.  Scammed out of $400.  Thanks Haier!

I just wanted to let you know that Haier offered compensation for our dryer fire situation.  I'm not sure whether the compensation was fair or not, but it is compensation.  Unfortunately I will never know what caused the fire as it was never inspected, yet it stayed at my home for 6 weeks waiting for an inspection.  Haier sent a check to us which covered the cost of their dryer that we purchased 2 years ago, the cost of the clothes that were damaged in the dryer and the repairs to the room.

Per servicer notes regarding onsite visit, "UNIT IS NOT COOLING BECAUSE IS -17 DEGREES OUTSIDE, SERVICE TECHNICIAN STARTED THE UNIT."  Further, customer mentions water coming from the front of the panel which would denote either the servicer's report above, or improper installation.  The...

To whom it may concern: 6/2/2016

I have been going back and forth with this issue all week, and feel I have been dealt with very badly. When I first called I explained that we could not take this air conditioner back due to my husbands illness..I was told I would be emailed forms to fill out and A new one would be sent to me..I received the forms filled them out and sent them back within 20 minutes to start the process since the air conditioner is used for medical reasons. I could get no response through email saying they received them no matter how many emails I sent, so I called, upon calling I was told the forms were received but they needed a picture of the model number and etc..even though I sent this information....I immediately took and picture and sent it...I called once again to see if it was received and was once again given the run around being told to give it 24 hours...I called once again 24 hours later and was told it was received, but had to go to another dept and they did not know if I would get a refund or a new unit!!!! ALL OF THIS WAS TO RECEIVE A NEW UNIT NOT A REFUND!! as I explained my husband is a stage 4 cancer patient and we need it for medical reasons..If you need proof of this I will email it to you!! all I can say is just remember what you give in this life you get back eventually! I am now told I will get a call tomorrow to tell me if I get a new unit or a refund!! which we both know will not happen and I will have to call again. I really cannot believe this!! Let me say all of my phone calls and what has happened has been documented by date, name and information if you need to see it. How can you people be so disrespectful and cruel? The above letter was sent also to the company..I purchased the portable air on 5/25/2016,, It did not have a way to direct the air and it only came out one side!!

The refrigerator is designed to work inside and not outside on a screened in porch.  In the user manual this is stated on page 5.
• Do not install your refrigerator in any location not properly insulated or heated, e.g. garage, etc. Keep out of direct sunlight and away from heating...

sources such as radiators, heaters, and cooking appliances.Also on page 19 where the warranty is located it states:
A. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:
• Damage from misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, lack of proper care and maintenance or incorrect current or voltage
• Damage from use other than household use
The warranty is void based on the location of the unit when it was in use.

Yesterday I received a message on the evening number of ###-###-#### at 10:17am from Adam at Haier America Executive Office requesting that | return his call I do not have long distance service on the evening number so lam unable to return the call. The daytime number is my work phone and I cannot call long distance from that number either, but I can accept a call. Please have Adam or someone else call me on the daytime number of ###-###-#### between 7:30am — 3:30pm EST Monday thru Friday or the evening number of ###-###-#### between 4:15pm — 9:00pm EST (I will not be available this evening 8-7-14).
