Haier has set up this customer for warranty repair service , it is the responsibility of the customer to show proof of purchase.

I spoke with [redacted] and advised him that we would honor our warrantee for the remaining six years on the ten year warrantee he received when he purchased the unit in 2010 for parts only, labor is not covered. I advised [redacted] that we would reimburse him the $582.57 for the compressor he paid...

out of pocket for on 11/4/14, image provided by [redacted] is attached ([redacted] Invoice 2).  [redacted] should not have paid for the compressor since it was in stock and should have been covered by the parts warrantee. [redacted] refused this offer and asked for the unit to be replaced and a new ten year parts and labor warrantee be offered. I advised that replacing the unit with the requested warrantee could not be offered. I advised again that we would honor the existing warrantee for the remaining six years.  I also advised [redacted] that as per the invoice he provided the unit did not have “proper care and maintenance have been done.  Must use air filter. “Image attached titled [redacted] Invoices (see page 4).

I am rejecting this response because: No one has come out to my home to even look at the problem. That would be the least you could do! If you are not willing to work with us, we have no other recourse but to contact our attorney.

I am rejecting this response because:
My previous complaint # is [redacted] The complaint is regarding Haier refrigerator. One representative from Haier promised that they would replace the refrigerator or give me the refund during the conversations in this claim. I accepted their solution. However, in fact, Haier did not fulfill with the promise they made and they will not work on any solution any more.
What should I do now? Do you need to file a separate complaint?

The replacement unit the customer received would be under the warranty of the original unit, which is a one year warranty.  This is industry standard.  We are offering to extend the warranty to cover a one time repair of the unit.

I have submitted 2 repair/ return requests and neither has been addressed within 48 he's as stated by email. No response has been received at all. If you don't plan on actually responding why do you pretend to care. If something isn't resolved in my case very soon I will be filing a refund claim with whoever will accept it. US**SSN**1940 is the number my claim was put under, any response would be nice even to tell me you can't uphold your manufacturer warranty.

shots of my order and the Haier listing on [redacted], listing a refurbished TV.  The other 2 screen shots are emails from Haier customer services reps acknowledging my order, trying to help me get the TV to work, and then denying the warranty.  The [redacted] screen shots clearly state "90 day warranty from Haier" under "Specifications" and "The Fine Print".  You do sell refurbished TV's and there is a printed offer of a 90 day warranty.  I have attached proof.

After reviewing the notes of the customer's ticket/documents provided, Haier has confirmed that the customer is owed $250 for in-warranty service.  Haier has forwarded to its refund team to process.

A refund for the Purchase price of $579 was sent out 9/20/2014 CRM ticket # [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
Check that was sent was for a wrong amount. Disputed amount was for full initial payment ($212.43). A check was sent for only $199. This discrepancy is not acceptable.

The availability mentioned in the rejection has been provided to Haier's executive office to contact the customer at the requested time.  As a reminder, the customer has been approved for a store exchange.

Haier has had service centers and field staff review this case and will not be offering any additional resolution. This is not covered under warranty.

But it is not repairable. It has an internal seal issue and Haier is waiting for their tier 2 department to now determine their next step in resolving this issue. Once the unit is repaired or replaced, I will then agree that the case should be closed as resolved.

I am rejecting this response because: A refund was not issued the company has check number and amount but they have no clear date when it will be sent. I was told two...

different dates one was 30 business days from the 20th and a supervisor said 10 business days and would call me back. So I will accept the resolution once check is in my hand

The pictures provided by the service center show cracks consistent with being closed improperly. Haier considers this to be misuse.
