I am rejecting this response because: I believe the BSW response can be such that it does not violate any federal or state patient privacy concerns. And I do not want to exclude the Revdex.com from knowing how the respondent's chooses to resolve the issue

I am rejecting this response because Baylor Scott & White has failed to provide a satisfactory response and/or find a resolution. Per Revdex.com, if I "accept your response" that means that find your response as "satisfactory" and that we have found a "resolution." This also implies my case is closed. Thus far, you have not investigated the case and provided a satisfactory response. The only responses I received so far are:1.) Empty responses stating that BSW will follow up with an official response, which never happens2.) Response asking me to accept the insufficient and unsatisfactory responseHonestly, this is getting ridiculous. The whole point of the accepting and rejecting response is for you to provide a satisfactory response within the time frame. You will have the time to prepare your response to my complaint. Should you need more time, you can request it. I will not fall for trickery by accepting your response and resolve my case empty handed. If you continue to provide me empty response, I will elevate this to a Revdex.com's representative.

I am rejecting this response because: Again, the general response that Baylor Scott and White "will look into this issue" with no specified timeline is not a response at all. It took me nearly one full year to reach this point. I previously granted permission for S&W to share details of this particular dispute with Revdex.com. I have tried to settle this on my own, to no avail. I am reaching out to Revdex.com because I need your intervention, please.

I am rejecting this response because: Hearing back from them is not my desired result. I would like an apology from the office manager at the Salado Clinic for never getting back to me as he said he would. I would also like for them to quit being dishonest about their clinics and billing practices.  If they want to respond to me that is fine but I do not consider this matter resolved.

[redacted], This complaint is still in dispute . I had Scott and hite call me we refilled they refilled the insurance again . Iam still getting calls from the credit...

agency.  Friday My wife called them to make it stop, and turns out they refilled the insurance incorrectly yet again. I am still waiting for resolution. I cannot believe that this is what these people do for a living . Thanks for being on top of things.  [redacted] Phone : [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: The tests performed by the doctor were done against my request and did not coincide with my medical complaints.  I arrived at Baylor Scott & White and specifically requested a thyroid ultrasound and meningitis test per my primary physician's orders.  Neither of these tests/procedures were performed at Baylor Scott & White.  Instead, I was given a pregnancy test and tested for the flu.  I SPECIFICALLY requested to the ER doctor that these tests NOT be performed because they were NOT RELEVANT.  I cannot be held financially liable for the doctor's lack of understanding, knowledge, concern, or care for her patient's well being.  I will continue to fight for my rights to be heard and respected as a patient.  I request that Baylor Scott & White fully remove the charges for these 3 tests from my bill.

I am rejecting this response because I called the number that was provided again and I was just told that someone would be getting back to me which they have not. As mentioned in my previous response, I was told by [redacted] in this department that they do not handle Scott and White Plan issues but that it was being forwarded along. I am not sure where it is being fowarded to nor was I provided a timeline. I asked if there was someone in this department that handles Revdex.com complaints and they said it depends. It would be great if you provided me your name to speak to or you can call me directly at [redacted]. By the way, I've checked my call logs and I've made 37 calls (an counting) to Scott and White to try and settle this.
