I received a call from them agreeing to meet all the desired outcomes I requested. Please accept my sincere thanks for the quick resolution. I will follow up with them about similar billing errors for my kids that has been ongoing for 3 months and will issue another complaint if false promises are made again.

I am rejecting this response because:As per our conversation on Monday, December 21, 2015, I would like to have Complaint ID #[redacted] remain open until all actions from Baylor Scott & White have been acquired. Since I needed to respond to the Revdex.com within 6 calendar days from Scott & White's contact with me, I only accepted their response ... It's not resolved yet. Scott & White said they were changing the code(s), resubmitting the charges to Blue Cross Blue Shield and taking my daughter's account out of Collections. I also requested a written document stating that my daughter's account was taken out of Collections. I spoke with the Manager of Patient Relations on December 16, 2015. As of today, December 22, I have not received any documentation, nor seen any resolution. It's only been several days, so I would like to give Scott & White more time to resolve this matter. I will contact the Revdex.com when Scott & White have completed all the agreed resolution to close this complaint. I appreciate all of your help regarding this matter. Per Revdex.com, if I "accept your response" that means that find your response as "satisfactory" and that we have found a "resolution." This also implies my case is closed. Thus far, you have not investigated the case and provided a satisfactory response. The only responses I received so far are:1.) Empty responses stating that BSW will follow up with an official response, which never happens2.) Response asking me to accept the insufficient and unsatisfactory responseHonestly, this is getting ridiculous. The whole point of the accepting and rejecting response is for you to provide a satisfactory response within the time frame. You will have the time to prepare your response to my complaint. Should you need more time, you can request it. I will not fall for trickery by accepting your response and resolve my case empty handed. If you continue to provide me empty response, I will elevate this to a Revdex.com's representative.  Regards,[redacted]

Thank you for your patience. Our review indicated that you did not see a Baylor Scott & White physician, but rather a physician with privileges known as an HTPN. Your concern needs to go directly to the Doctor you visited as we do not have any records of charging you for your visit other than a facility fee due to radiology testing, otherwise there are no other charges. The Doctor you visited was Dr. [redacted] on January 27, 2017 who is no longer associated with Baylor Scott & White Health. To dispute the testing ordered, please contact the physician directly. The charges for he testing you underwent in Carrollton is for services that were rendered; therefore, any refund would need to come from the ordering physician. I hope this clears up any confusion. Thank you.
