Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: No You did not do your best to resolve the issues I have had with your equipment and service You respond in vague terms, claiming PHI, so the case will be "closed" and you can keep your A+ rating with the Revdex.com You provide faulty equipment and have long wait times when calling for service on this faulty equipment, which is needed in order to survive! Charging $for an oxygen concentrator which isn't covered by insurance only to have it break and exchanged multiple times within the months I have owned it should be considered a crime against the elderlyYou should be ashamed of yourselfSince you refuse to accept a return for full refund, I will make sure everyone I know will be aware of your companies actions Regards, P [redacted]

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:I was contacted within a couple of hours of submitting the complaint I did receive the RMA number I needed to return the item and have shipped it back It is currently en-route However, this complaint is not resolved until I have actually received the full refund I expect that to be done a week or so Things are progressing satisfactorily but all needed actions are not yet complete Regards, G [redacted]

We apologize for the service that you received when attempting to contact us Most of our customers report high satisfaction ratings and favorable answer rates However, sometimes there are exceptions and it is our aim to never stop making improvements to our service Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention The statement states that it is an advanced warranty replacement and if the product is not returned, there will be a fee There is no balance due

I specifically ASKED you guys to contact her again on November because of a misunderstandingCleo Brooks replied to me on November that someone would contact my mother soonYet between the 9th and 15th(when YOU closed my "help ticket") NO ONE attempted to call herShe still has no water bottle for the oxygen concentrator(MONTHS AFTER THE PURCHASE)and you are STILL spewing lies saying that this matter is resolvedYou are an absolutely st companyThere is NOTHING on caller ID that you calledYou haven't spoke to herYou haven't left a messageHow can I make this more clear?
