I am rejecting this response because:  After filing the complaint with the Revdex.com, I received a call from "H[redacted]" in the Texas office on 15 January 2018.  She told me on behalf of the company how sorry she is about the problems I've been having with Inogen.  She said that a box with a mailing label would be delivered by UPS which would pack the defective unit and ship it back to the company.  A follow-up call on 16 January 2018 assured me that the box would arrive on 17 January 2018.  However, it did not arrive until 19 January 2018.  It was left by the front door.  UPS did not pack it nor was there a UPS label inside the box as promised.  Another call to Inogen - spoke with "Amy" who said she would send a mailing label with a UPS delivery person within 1-3 working days, 22-24 January 2018.  I must admit to being a little skeptical at this point.  The bottom line is that the company does not live up to its promises.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12363730, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I am still unhappy that they did not refund her whole payment (they kept a restocking fee). I had made arrangements with her sales person that they would waive that fee because we knew there was a good chance the product would not meet her needs; Inogen would be willing to waive that fee to get her to try their equipment in the off chance it might work.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10931351, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  My mother did indeed receive the response from Inogen that was requested.  The response stated a system error was identified and corrected, but did not state whether it was specific to my families' account or accounts in general. If accounts in general it raises the question; How many individuals have been subjected to unwarranted letters similar to that received by my Mom and why was it necessary for us to request assistance from Revdex.com months after equipment was returned to affect the resolution?

I am rejecting this response because: your message said something to the effect that you contacted my mother and felt the issue was resolved. Nope! I specifically ASKED you guys to contact her again on November 8 because of a misunderstanding. Cleo Brooks replied to me on November 9 that someone would contact my mother soon. Yet between the 9th and 15th(when YOU closed my "help ticket") NO ONE attempted to call her. She still has no water bottle for the oxygen concentrator(6 MONTHS AFTER THE PURCHASE)and you are STILL spewing lies saying that this matter is resolved. You are an absolutely st company. There is NOTHING on caller ID that you called. You haven't spoke to her. You haven't left a message. How can I make this more clear?

I am rejecting this response because:Original complaint reads as follows: was customer. Terminated service. Had to repack and send material which very heavy back. Had to get it to door. I have COPD and very difficult. When called they said get someone to help you. Now keep getting bill for unreturned equipment. Have called three times. Once didn't talk to anyone because on phone over 20 minutes. Last call talked with person and requested supervisor. Again on hold. After total of 20 minutes wait, before and after I hung up. I returned all equipment and do not want invoice and phone calls (computer) on subject. I have received new invoice dated January 19 for additional charges. Invoice no 222932.Receive written statement from Company that it has all equipment and I do not owe it anything.
