Contact was originally made with our customer on March 2, regarding this matter and we were notified at that time that the issue was resolvedWe reached out to the patient again on March 15, 2017 to verify there was not any additional assistance we can provide, and were advised again that the matter is resolved

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention and we sincerely apologize for the situation that you described We normally have very high satisfaction ratings for our service so we will take this issue that you raised as an opportunity to improve our service.Upon researching the issue, we
see that a filter for the Gwas indeed sent out instead of a filter for the G From 9/to 9/our service department made a total of calls attempting to correct the issue, but each call went to voicemail In the meantime, our service department has been in touch and the correct shipment has been processed

I am rejecting this response because:I feel they should hold up their end and pay the balance that they owe H.CProcessing Center so the company will stop calling me and mailing me bills that I really feel I do not oweI have my receipt from the post office to show I paid for shipping costs to send the machine back
