I am rejecting this response because:  Inogen has not attempted to contact me regarding this matter, I am home daily and have not received any calls from them.  They have not tried to talk to me regarding this matter.  They continue to send me invoices and have avoided talking to me regarding this matter.

We apologize for the service that you received when attempting to contact us.  Most of our customers report high satisfaction ratings and favorable answer rates.  However, sometimes there are exceptions and it is our aim to never stop making improvements to our service....

The
statement states that it is an advanced warranty replacement and if the product
is not returned, there will be a fee.  There is no balance due.

We are unable to open the PDF that you submitted with your complaint.  Can you please describe what you mean by the" misleading sales presentation"?  The price for the Inogen One G3 System with the Lifetime Warranty is $3495 and this product can be purchased at that price at any time. There may have been a time frame put in place for all of the free accessories that you received with your purchase.  However, our records indicate that you purchased the Inogen One G3 and the Inogen At Home concentrator - the total for that entire package is $4595, not $3495.  Either one of the products or both of them are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.

I am rejecting this response because:My wife was in the hospital for a week and recuperating home so keeping up with all forms of correspondence was not our immediate priority.  After filing the complaint with Revdex.com, Inogen began to communicate with us. We agreed to pay $999 to have the unit refurbished. It was received on Oct 11th and was WORSE than before we sent it to them to be refurbished and paid $999. I called yesterday and after being transferred multiple times, was informed that another unit would be shipped to me.  So, at this point, NO, this saga continues and we paid Inogen $999 FOR NOTHING. I’m a disabled Vietnam combat veteran and this is outrageous to think that this company would be so brazen to take advantage of anyone let along a 70 yr old veteran.
