I am rejecting this response because:Their reply plus my report indicated the money had been cleared up.The first thing in my complaint was not addresses.Their sales dept LIES, they say the portable units furnish liters per minute.The specifications stat the maximum output for portable units is ONE liter per minute

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: Although they say they have received the oxygen concentrator, and that they will send me a letter stating that, I haven't received anything from them My account still shows a $balance due, and in big red letters it says if they haven't received the payment by Jan 16, they will turn it over to collections I will be MORE than glad to be done with this, however, until my statement or their letter states it has been paid, I'm not happy with the situation Please forward this to them

I am rejecting this response because: I received a call from them they told me I had new Insurance I do but they told me the wrong company and the wrong start dateThey said they had to check with the insurance company to see if I was approved I had done that right away and was told I was, I checked with them on January 3rd we are now at January and again no movement on their partOther companies are not willing to get involved in the middle of this they are afraid of not getting paid for the equipment

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: while Inogen has contacted me, they refuse to offer a refund on purchased and needed medical equipment, which has failed twice within the short period of time I have owned it They are sending out another product, but I have lost all faith in their equipment - what if I leave my house and the equipment fails again, I will end up in the hospital again or dead This is unacceptable.

I am rejecting this response because:they are callingeveryday use, abuse I am sure not one person using portable oxygen has not bumped their unit on the floor at some timeThese things are a part of being portable and mobile for the frailer peopleTo tell me this is abuse and that I should pay another $to start a new warrenty is rediculous after what I have paid for year of oxygen

I am rejecting this response because:
I spoke with a lady name A*** and she said they were sorry and was going to send me another battery for our machine as a “I’m sorry” giftShe called back about min after we hung up and I tried to get her back because other than a “please call me back” message she didn’t say anything elseI called and left messages with no success so I guess she’s just like the rest of the company. I’m going to have to say NO this complaint is not closed as far as I’m concerned!Thanks anyway for your help!!!!

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:Two days ago I received a strap for my case, which had broken because the battery was too heavy for the oxygen tankI also received a carrying case with NO STRAP which I requested to buy. This was divided into two bags. On the invoice it stated items - straps, two carry cases.I still do not have the strap that was under warranty that broke.I still do not know what the CREDIT MEMO for $was about. I never saw any of that.I received a credit on my charge card for $170.00, which should have been $247.50, half of the cost for the exchange of the double cell battery to the single cell battery.Today UPS stopped here to give me the single cell battery in exchange for the double cell battery. I refused to do that until they give me my full credit plus the above mentioned items

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: Inogen did not provide details of their warranty until after purchase. I made a purchase of their product in good faith. I was sent a product that did not function as promised....I immediately called the salesperson named Chris and he then told me I had to keep it for days that was their policy and that he would send me another one. I told him no just give me a refund....he refused and said he would send me another one.....which he did. it too doesn't function as it should......I called Inogen again and told them of the problem again I was told to keep it for days. On the two occasions that I spoke to a representative on the telephone I told them I did not want their product that I would return it....however due to the circumstances I expected Inogen to pay the freight charges to return it. The Inogen employee said that was not going to happen......On the second occasion I told the Inogen employee that in addition to paying the freight to return their product they would have to return my money in advance....otherwise I would not return their products. Regardless of their remarks, Inogen has not made a good faith effort to resolve this. I do not trust them to do as they say. We must rely on a third party such as the Revdex.com to resolve this. You get my money $2495.00, and the cost to ship it and I will send the products to you or Inogen whichever they prefer.
