Frank was professional and did a thorough check-up on our heating systems!

I have been doing business with Hays Cooling & Heating since I right after I purchased my house in 2004. They are excellent. Carter was a new service representative but he was efficient and on-time.

Frank is professional & courteous in character and knowledgable in the HVAC field. He took the time to inform me of the issue with the unit and then explained the necessary repairs he would be performing. Frank is one of the "good" guys. Kudos to Hay's Heating & Cooling and Plumbing. They have professional technicians and amazing office staff.

This company was amazing! We had a horrible experience with a well-known brand previously, so I was reading reviews to find a new one. Hays was perfect.

We called because our A/C was turning on but would not cool. When Xavier took my call, he was professional and compassionate. He heard my youngest daughter (age 2 1/2) talking in the background and immediately looked to get us an earlier appointment.

Mike came out, he was professional and courteous, and it took him only a few minutes to know what the problem was. Unfortunately, the part that was needed was a week away. We paid for the 2 day shipping to get the part here, but we were still going to be without air conditioning for 2 days. In 100 degree weather, apparently nobody involved thought this was ok. The very next morning, at 10 am, I received a phone call that the part had gotten there earlier than expected and they were scheduling it to be installed that evening. Mike arrived an hour ahead of schedule and installed the part well within the estimated time. He even checked to make sure it was working properly and cleaned out before getting ANY payment details.

Let me reiterate that for anyone that didn't catch it. They put a rush order on a part without any payment information. I was flabbergasted. This is the way to do business. True professionals and their customer service is the best I've seen. Thank you, Hays.

Frank did a great job coming out to service my home's AC unit, spent time to educate me and showed pictures of current condition of the AC unit.

Had my two 20 year old AC units checked by Jerry S of Hays Cooling. It was really refreshing to have someone performing service that was not trying to sell me something I did not need. Jerry was very thorough and methodical. He didn't mind me hovering around and asking questions as he was performing his various checks.

Hay's Cooling and Heating has been great dealing with our a/c unit. We bought the unit from them, and they continue to do maintenance twice a year. Summer and winter. Their workmen always are clean and polite, and know their business. And they wear shoe covers!

Michael and his supervisor came to our house to do the seasonal preventive maintenance. As has been our experience, they were prompt (despite a small problem locating the correct house), very neat and, as best we can determine, thorough. Both men were very amiable and courteous. It was a nice experience.

Hayes is great to work with. Frank has been fantastic! Honest and very knowledgable! I won't hesitate to call Frank again or recommend him to family and friend!

Jerry was on time and checked out my system promptly. I would recommend Hays to anyone that was need for air conditioner work. Jerry also told me that Hays also has a handyman service. Good to know. You can't go wrong with Hays!

We had our bi-annual maintenance check up. Received a call that the technician was on his way. AC units were thoroughly inspected and added some coolant. The technician even changed out my air filters for me! Excellent work! Thank you!

Hays Cooling came out yesterday to install 2 new A/C units in our home. Our team was Bob, Ray, & Dan, plus another crew at some points. These guys were great! Very professional, and hard working the whole day. They did a great job, and cleaned up all debris. So far so good with the A/C and heating. I would highly recommend Hays Cooling for your needs.

Hays Cooling and Heating performed install of our two complete units in May 2014. Since then, Mike has been the maintenance tech we requested for semi-annual season checks and he has been super! Previously, he diagnosed an issue with our 3 ton unit, and hasn't missed a beat. He is dependable and courteous, and as a plus, the office staff is great to work with. We would highly recommend Hays for any service they currently offer, the team is reliable, dependable, courteous, and trustworthy. We have used them also for an annual plumbing inspection-hands down, the best company to work with.

The service provided by Hay's Cooling and Heating was excellent. The technicial (Jeff) was at my home within 2 hours of contacting the company. He diagnosed and repaired the problem promptly. I would highly recommend this company.

from start to finish a well organized company . we requested an estimate to replace a split cooling and heat system, information received via e mail which we used to identify cost and unit efficiency. we liked what was sent and we requested service, prior to which sales mngr visited to verify verbal job description. the morning for install two agents bob and ray arrived. without hesitation they identified themselves and what the job would be, work started unpacking new product and disconnecting old units , like clockwork crane arrives removes old equipt from roof and loads new unit onto roof. installation continued again another vehicle arrives and picks up packing materials and old units and cleans around site work continued without problems , after install finished bob explained work done and ray cleaned up tools and inspected area for cleanliness. very satisfied.
