Our heater wasn't working so we called Hays Cooling, Heating and Plumbing to check out the problem. Austin came the same day and was very professional. He took the time to explain to us what he was doing and gave us recommendations on different options to solve our heating problem. He was very nice and a pleasure to work with.

Mike with Hays Heating & Cooling came out to inspect an issue with our A/C units. As it turns out, it was just our air filters (yikes! they were dirty)...but Mike was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He checked to make sure there were no other issues with the systems and didn't charge us anything beyond the reasonable trip fee. This is the second time we've used this company and they will definitely keep our business!!

Austin was an excellent technician. He arrived on time, kept me informed of everything he was doing, and took all the necessary steps to avoid causing dirt in the house. He made one suggestion for one of the units. It seemed genuine suggestion as opposed to an attempt to "up sell" me. I not only would recommend Hays to others but would ask for this technician by name when service is required.

We had prompt and courteous service with Hays. When our AC went out they were able to get it working again but couldn't find the problem. A few days later it went out again and within 2 hours they were back and were able to find the problem. We are very pleased with their service and Jeff's friendly manner.

This was my first time using Hays Cooling and Heating and I'm very happy with the service! I called in the morning and Laurie was able to get me in that afternoon. Mike was even there before the scheduled time. The blow motor was broken and Mike was able to verify the part was still under warranty and get the part the next morning. We were having problems with A C unit and my wife called Hays they came out and with in a short period of time had my A C working again Manny was very professional and we thought very honest. thank you I would recomend them any time.
