Had Mike come out and give my AC a real look at. I just had my unit serviced by another company, wasn't happy, called Hays & what a difference- professional, great attention to detail-Mike was knowledgable, got things right, explained what he did. All in all, great service.

At the same time I had Hayes come out for a plumbing issue- Dan Viel came to take care of the problem- professional, explained findings, got me squared away quickly.

The unit was too small and not set up for efficient and proper air flow. We bought our home brand new 15 years ago and we never really understood why you could not feel the air flow from the vents more than it was. Once installed our home is so cool and you can feel the air flow from every vent in our home! I have used this company for a new air conditioner (good selection, good prices) and its upkeep for over two years. Mike S. is the service person I deal with (no turnover in employees) who notifies twice a year when he will be arriving for a seasonal a/c check. This company and the personnel I've dealt with are superior in every way.

This was my first time using Hays Cooling and Heating and I'm very happy with the service! I called in the morning and Laurie was able to get me in that afternoon. Mike was even there before the scheduled time. The blow motor was broken and Mike was able to verify the part was still under warranty and get the part the next morning. He was at my door at 8am and installed the part. My air conditioner works better than ever. Thank you Mike and Hays Cooling and Heating for the excellent service! Hays has been servicing my cooling and heating system for several years now. I always get a friendly reception when I call and they call me be before the tech is scheduled to arrive. The techs have all been great friendly and helpful. When parts have been needed they were quick to supply and install them.

This company was amazing! We had a horrible experience with a well-known brand previously, so I was reading reviews to find a new one. Hays was perfect.

We called because our A/C was turning on but would not cool. When Xavier took my call, he was professional and compassionate. He heard my youngest daughter (age 2 1/2) talking in the background and immediately looked to get us an earlier appointment.

Mike came out, he was professional and courteous, and it took him only a few minutes to know what the problem was. Unfortunately, the part that was needed was a week away. We paid for the 2 day shipping to get the part here, but we were still going to be without air conditioning for 2 days. In 100 degree weather, apparently nobody involved thought this was ok. The very next morning, at 10 am, I received a phone call that the part had gotten there earlier than expected and they were scheduling it to be installed that evening. Mike arrived an hour ahead of schedule and installed the part well within the estimated time. He even checked to make sure it was working properly and cleaned out before getting ANY payment details.

Let me reiterate that for anyone that didn't catch it. They put a rush order on a part without any payment information. I was flabbergasted. This is the way to do business. True professionals and their customer service is the best I've seen. Thank you, Hays.

Hays Cooling and Heating sent out servceman "Manny" on Dec 30th, he was prompt and courteous. He was able to diagnose and repair our Goodman Package heating unit in less than an hour. Even though he did not have the "exact" replacement parts he was able to subsitute and get the unit working as this was a holiday weekend "factory" replacements would be several days to acquire and it was Cold!.
