[redacted] did the estimate & write-up for a new ac/furnace. He was professional, offering more than 1 option, & explaining each. He checked the install & was available afterwards for questions. He also helped getting the thermostat set-up properly. We would not hesitate to use [redacted] expertise again.

Frank does great work, he's courteous and respectful and I will call on him again!

I am in the process of selling my property and had an AC issue come up during inspection for a drain line leak. They were able to set up a time for the next day after I called and actually came earlier in the day than I was expecting (30 minute call ahead, I was able to fit it in my schedule and did not ask about the original timeframe). Mike came out and notice that water was leaking because the drain line was not draining. He cut the pipe, flushed the line, and put it all back together in about 20 minutes. They do charge a trip charge that does not go towards the repair. Overall, it seemed a little more expensive than necessary, but I was satisfied with the work.

Hays Cooling and Heating has been servicing my units for several years, and I have been completely satisfied with this business. Could not ask for a nicer group of professional people, from the owners to the office people and technicians. Always quick to respond to issues.

We have had very positive experiences with Hays Cooling and Heating. In December, we called to have a noise checked out when the heat came on. The next day, a tech came out, inspected our unit and fixed a few minor problems. We were able to schedule the A/C inspection for spring in a timely manner. Austin was our technician. After getting a call to confirm the day and time, he was punctual and introduced himself. He then checked everything inside, changed the filter, then went outside. When finished, he did a great job explaining what issues we might be facing in the future. Never pushing to do the work the same day. He e-mailed an estimate so that we would have it when we're ready Austin was efficient, friendly and professional.

Hays Heating & Cooling completed an install for us in 2014, and we continue to use them for annual service not because we have to, but because we choose to. Mike (the tech we always request) is courteous, prompt, and polite. We are glad we chose Hays as our HVAC contractor and highly recommend them.

Hays Cooling, Heating & Plumbing has always been very honest and fair with me. They have great costumer service and are always on time (and they call when they are headed over to let you know they are coming). Mike was the technician who arrived on their last service call, and he was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I always appreciate the respect I get from Hays Cooling, Heating & Plumbing because I am an 83 year old widow and retiree living on social security and have had to deal with some not-so-reputable businesses in the past. (Likely because of my age and gender they saw me as an easy mark to make some extra money off of). I have a son-in-law who is an independent contractor and he has "caught" other individuals and companies in the past attempting to sell me parts and services I do not need as well as charging me for "new" parts that were actually used. But Hays Cooling, Heating & Plumbing has always been on the "up and up" with me. It is nice to know that such companies who extoll the virtues of honesty and hard work still exist. I would highly recommend Hays Cooling, Heating & Plumbing to anyone in need of the services they provide.

From initial estimate through installation and follow up, the entire experience was handled very professionally. We would recommend them highly

My Hays Trane Air Cond is two years old. It is excellent. Yesterday, however, the air condition was not working properly. Hays would have come, but I had an appointment at that time. They were are my home today. Manny, the service person, had a high level of expertise and within minutes zeroed in on the outside unit. A pack rat had gotten in to the housing and chewed a wired which had to be repaired. Manny helped me give the rat a proper funeral. The repair took a few minutes. Manny also suggested putting wire mesh over a large electrical opening where the rat had access. I did that. I highly recommend Hays.

Hays heating and cooling sent Travis to repair my inoperative a/c. He did a great job repairing it and was very good with his explanation of charges.

My experience with Hays Cooling and Heating was exceptional. I noticed their positive reviews on many sites and my experience was just as positive. Both Lori who scheduled my service call and my technician Mike S were very professional and efficient...both 10s!

On site, Mike diagnosed and fixed the problem with my A/C in a matter of minutes. Prior to the visit, Lori hassent me information about their P.M. program. I was able to review the services with Mike and I reenrolled based on this first experience. I feel like I have peace of mind with Hays...Highly recommended.
