[redacted] did the estimate & write-up for a new ac/furnace. He was professional, offering more than 1 option, & explaining each. He checked the install & was available afterwards for questions. He also helped getting the thermostat set-up properly. We would not hesitate to use [redacted] expertise again.

Hays Cooling and Heating performed install of our two complete units in May 2014. Since then, Mike has been the maintenance tech we requested for semi-annual season checks and he has been super! Previously, he diagnosed an issue with our 3 ton unit, and hasn't missed a beat. He is dependable and courteous, and as a plus, the office staff is great to work with. We would highly recommend Hays for any service they currently offer, the team is reliable, dependable, courteous, and trustworthy. We have used them also for an annual plumbing inspection-hands down, the best company to work with.

Hays Cooling came out yesterday to install 2 new A/C units in our home. Our team was Bob, Ray, & Dan, plus another crew at some points. These guys were great! Very professional, and hard working the whole day. They did a great job, and cleaned up all debris. So far so good with the A/C and heating. I would highly recommend Hays Cooling for your needs.

So refreshing! Frank showed up when they said he'd show up, was extremely friendly and knowledgable and took care of our heat pumps while making sure to keep me informed on steps he was taking. Great company to work with. Mike the service man spent quite a bit of time servicing our air conditioning and heating equipment. He gave me a detailed report when he was finished with a fair invoice. I will use them again in the future. I can tell that good customer service is important to them.
