Hays Cooling & Heating

Frank did a thorough quick, neat job to replace our defective air handler fan motor, cleaned off the fan blades and made sure everything was ready to go. We were only with out air conditioning on half the house for one day. I'm not sure the [redacted]CleanEffects electrostatic filters are any better than the old fashioned disposable filters, but that has nothing to do with Hays and their service team.

Austin provided great service and was extremely courteous and professional.

So refreshing! Frank showed up when they said he'd show up, was extremely friendly and knowledgable and took care of our heat pumps while making sure to keep me informed on steps he was taking. If you're looking for heating/cooling company I'd highly recommend you call Hays and request Frank. One of the best experiences I've had with a service company.

Hays Cooling and Heating sent out servceman "Manny" on Dec 30th, he was prompt and courteous. He was able to diagnose and repair our Goodman Package heating unit in less than an hour. Even though he did not have the "exact" replacement parts he was able to subsitute and get the unit working as this was a holiday weekend "factory" replacements would be several days to acquire and it was Cold!.

Excellent customer service from my initial call to request service on our heater to Frank, the technician, coming and figuring out the issue. Extremely professional and well thought out service. Great pricing as well.

We chose Hays based on their reviews here and other websites and they lived up to everyone else's praise. When our A/C went out they were able to come out within a half day and were extremely professional and polite. We will certainly call on them when needed and absolutely recommend them.

We have done business with Hays for approx. 3 years. We have always had prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service technicians. At a past service call, we needed a capacitor replaced. The technician told us he could replace the one we have which is a double capacitor or just use a single capacitor. He said the double capacitor is really overkill and our system could run well on a single. We opted for the single, which was less expensive. We never had any problems with the system. Since then we moved to a different home. This was the first time Hays did a preventative maintenance call. Kirk checked our system and told us it is a Trane system. He then said the capacitor is weakening but should make until next year. He was early to the appointment which was great. I would highly recommend Hays for your A/C and heating system.

The staff at Hays always provides quality customer service in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone! Their technicians are knowledgeable, professional and always have your best interest in mind.

My relationship with Hays has been a good one. They always answer the telephone when you call and give excellent customer service. I have used this company for a new air conditioner (good selection, good prices) and its upkeep for over two years. Mike S. is the service person I deal with (no turnover in employees) who notifies twice a year when he will be arriving for a seasonal a/c check. This company and the personnel I've dealt with are superior in every way.

The technicians at Hays are all friendly, honest, and helpful. The rates for work are fair, and they've worked with me multiple times to save me money and avoid more expensive repairs. Excellent service all around!

Hays' appointment process is easy and convenient and the do a great job keeping you updated via email and cell phone on when the service technician will arrive at your home. Thad, our service tech, was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything he was going to do include options for repair. My only beef is that when we purchased the service plan from Hays' we were told that if we had a problem it would bump us to the top of the list, so I was disappointed when when we were given a next day service appointment when our AC unit died and was blowing hot air (June in Phoenix!! :( ).

Carter the service man that came was more knowledgeable than most all of the other people I have used over the years.
