Frank did a great job coming out to service my home's AC unit, spent time to educate me and showed pictures of current condition of the AC unit.

This is the second time I have used this vendor and they did not disappoint. Technician was prompt, polite, and very profession. The company provides reminders and gives you updates on the of your service visit. I would use this vendor again.

Simply the most reliable, honest, prompt, courteous, reasonable HVAC company I have EVER dealt with.

Prompt, professional service. Service was delivered as promised. I've used Hays for 7 years and always been satisfied with their service and prices.

The technician diagnosed AC problem very quickly and fixed it. He explained the long-term status of our system and new, money-saving alternatives to consider. Mike was very knowledgible and personable. We appreciated the reasonable fees.

Austin was out for my annual service before the hot weather hits. Needed to check the thermostat several times and always put on the shoe covers before coming into the house. When he was finished he provided a complete report on my system. Very professional.

I bought my air condition / heating system from Hayes almost 2 years ago. I have had to call them 3 times to come back and look at my new system.

Normally that would make me upset, But not so with the Team at Hayes, they have came out each time that I have called, on time, courteous, and willing to do what ever it took to fix the issues. and each time they have left this customer satisfied. It is a rare find today where a company actually cares about their customers happiness. They will continue to be my number one choice for AIR & HEATING.

When faced with a broken A/C system and a hot day, [redacted] did everything right to get us back on line. The system had some mismatched components, from a previous company install, and [redacted] was able to think out of the box to solve the problem. I am impressed and grateful.

We have had very positive experiences with Hays Cooling and Heating. In December, we called to have a noise checked out when the heat came on. The next day, a tech came out, inspected our unit and fixed a few minor problems. We were able to schedule the A/C inspection for spring in a timely manner. Austin was our technician. After getting a call to confirm the day and time, he was punctual and introduced himself. He then checked everything inside, changed the filter, then went outside. When finished, he did a great job explaining what issues we might be facing in the future. Never pushing to do the work the same day. He e-mailed an estimate so that we would have it when we're ready Austin was efficient, friendly and professional.

Great service, Mike was professional and helpful. Love their online contracts and invoices that are e-mailed to oyou.

Mike with Hays Heating & Cooling came out to inspect an issue with our A/C units. As it turns out, it was just our air filters (yikes! they were dirty)...but Mike was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He checked to make sure there were no other issues with the systems and didn't charge us anything beyond the reasonable trip fee. This is the second time we've used this company and they will definitely keep our business!!

Hays Cooling, Heating & Plumbing has always been very honest and fair with me. They have great costumer service and are always on time (and they call when they are headed over to let you know they are coming). Mike was the technician who arrived on their last service call, and he was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I always appreciate the respect I get from Hays Cooling, Heating & Plumbing because I am an 83 year old widow and retiree living on social security and have had to deal with some not-so-reputable businesses in the past. (Likely because of my age and gender they saw me as an easy mark to make some extra money off of). I have a son-in-law who is an independent contractor and he has "caught" other individuals and companies in the past attempting to sell me parts and services I do not need as well as charging me for "new" parts that were actually used. But Hays Cooling, Heating & Plumbing has always been on the "up and up" with me. It is nice to know that such companies who extoll the virtues of honesty and hard work still exist. I would highly recommend Hays Cooling, Heating & Plumbing to anyone in need of the services they provide.

Had two Trane HVAC systems installed by Hays C & H in May 2014. From the initial contact through the end of the job, Bill, Chris (owner) and the installation crew were professional and understood both our concerns and needs. Additionally the office staff is very responsive to questions and the seasonal check tech (Mike) is always courteous and willing to answer any questions and address concerns regarding the units and their performance. We would highly recommend this company as they go the extra mile and perform outstanding service

Our technician Mike was very professional and got our repair done quickly and efficiently.

We had prompt and courteous service with Hays. When our AC went out they were able to get it working again but couldn't find the problem. A few days later it went out again and within 2 hours they were back and were able to find the problem. We are very pleased with their service and Jeff's friendly manner.

We have done business with Hays for approx. 3 years. We have always had prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service technicians. At a past service call, we needed a capacitor replaced. The technician told us he could replace the one we have which is a double capacitor or just use a single capacitor. He said the double capacitor is really overkill and our system could run well on a single. We opted for the single, which was less expensive. We never had any problems with the system. Since then we moved to a different home. This was the first time Hays did a preventative maintenance call. Kirk checked our system and told us it is a Trane system. He then said the capacitor is weakening but should make until next year. He was early to the appointment which was great. I would highly recommend Hays for your A/C and heating system.

Manny was very polite, helpful, fast and HONEST! He made the trip out to my house at 8 pm on a week day and was still very kind. He also explained exactly what was going on in a way that I understood. Absolutely wonderful company and staff!

Austin was an excellent technician. He arrived on time, kept me informed of everything he was doing, and took all the necessary steps to avoid causing dirt in the house. He made one suggestion for one of the units. It seemed genuine suggestion as opposed to an attempt to "up sell" me. I not only would recommend Hays to others but would ask for this technician by name when service is required.
