Austin was out for my annual service before the hot weather hits. Needed to check the thermostat several times and always put on the shoe covers before coming into the house. When he was finished he provided a complete report on my system. Very professional.

My entire experience with Hays Cooling & Heating was excellent. It began with making an appointment with Lori. She was very professional and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns; a great first impression of the company. On the morning of the service call she contacted me again to let me know Mike S. the technician assigned to my job was on his way.

Mike continued this excellent experience; he was most professional and efficient. He promptly diagnosed the problem and made the repairs efficiently. He answered all of my questions. At my request, Mike explained their preventative maintenance program to me. (Lori had also sent me some information ahead of the visit.) As a result of Mike and Lori, I have signed up to have both a/c units covered by Hays' p.m. program.

I look forward to doing business with Hays for many years. Their great reviews on other sites were very accurate. I too was a convert from a home warranty company that wanted to send out a repair service that had very poor reviews.

I bought my air condition / heating system from Hayes almost 2 years ago. I have had to call them 3 times to come back and look at my new system.

Normally that would make me upset, But not so with the Team at Hayes, they have came out each time that I have called, on time, courteous, and willing to do what ever it took to fix the issues. and each time they have left this customer satisfied. It is a rare find today where a company actually cares about their customers happiness. They will continue to be my number one choice for AIR & HEATING.

My air conditioner quit working in the afternoon on a 110 degrees Phoenix day. I called Hays A/C and they fit me in for a service call in a few hours. Mike (technician) was professional and friendly. Most importantly, he was honest. Since I was stuck with no air conditioning, he could have easily replaced a bunch of parts that weren't broken. He didn't. He came off the roof and showed me pictures of a couple broken wires that he had fixed. He billed me for the service call and a simple repair. I was relieved I was treated with respect and honestly. I would definitely call Hays again.

Mike with Hays cooling, heating and plumbing showed up on time as promised, diagnosed the problem quickly. He provided price for parts and labor before repairing the issue. He finished quickly and was probably one of the nicest guys in the HVAC field. This is the second time I have used Hays, both times they were courteous and did not try to fix something that was not needed.

Service and service technicians just do not get any better than Hays.

The service provided by Hay's Cooling and Heating was excellent. The technicial (Jeff) was at my home within 2 hours of contacting the company. He diagnosed and repaired the problem promptly. I would highly recommend this company.

My relationship with Hays has been a good one. They always answer the telephone when you call and give excellent customer service. Every technician that has been to my house has been polite and they always ask if I have any concerns. I appreciate their timeliness at showing up when I need them. Had my two 20 year old AC units checked by Jerry S of Hays Cooling. It was really refreshing to have someone performing service that was not trying to sell me something I did not need. Jerry was very thorough and methodical. He didn't mind me hovering around and asking questions as he was performing his various checks.

Frank did a thorough quick, neat job to replace our defective air handler fan motor, cleaned off the fan blades and made sure everything was ready to go. We were only with out air conditioning on half the house for one day. I'm not sure the [redacted]CleanEffects electrostatic filters are any better than the old fashioned disposable filters, but that has nothing to do with Hays and their service team.
