[redacted]. works for Hays Cooling & Heating and he came out to give us a quote on a new cooling system. He checked our current system and then gave us quotes based on our needs and financial status. There is no high pressure sales here at all. [redacted] was extremely nice and helpful. As a matter of fact, the original air handler in the attic was never installed properly. The unit was too small and not set up for efficient and proper air flow. We bought our home brand new 15 years ago and we never really understood why you could not feel the air flow from the vents more than it was. [redacted] measured for a proper air handler and we signed the contract. It was the best decision we have ever made regarding our home. Once installed our home is so cool and you can feel the air flow from every vent in our home! After the installation [redacted] came back to check on everything and to make sure we were happy with the purchase and installation. Thank you so very much [redacted]. Great company to work with. Mike the service man spent quite a bit of time servicing our air conditioning and heating equipment. He gave me a detailed report when he was finished with a fair invoice. I will use them again in the future. I can tell that good customer service is important to them.

Hays came out and installed 2 air conditioners in my home. They were efficient, informative and polite. When thy left Bob, Rey, Boom and Dan left the place spotless. Bob even opened all the vent for me when I told him that I was unable to do it for myself. I highly recommend them.

The whole crew was very professional. The installation crew (Dan, Brandon, Bob, Ray) was excellent--very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and did an awesome job above and beyond!! Manny, the follow-up inspector about a week later, was also great. We are very pleased with our new units and would highly recommend Hays to anyone with heating and/or cooling needs.

Had two Trane HVAC systems installed by Hays C & H in May 2014. From the initial contact through the end of the job, Bill, Chris (owner) and the installation crew were professional and understood both our concerns and needs. Additionally the office staff is very responsive to questions and the seasonal check tech (Mike) is always courteous and willing to answer any questions and address concerns regarding the units and their performance. Had Hayes come out to fix a clogged condensation line. Thad cut the line, cleared it, and put in a connection to more easily access the line in the future. He also discovered an unnecessary filter and removed it. He then saw that the drain pan was not tilted enough to run water to the drain hole,so he adjusted that. His initiative to find and repair problems not in the original work order was most appreciated, (all of his adjustments were done at no charge to me and after consulting me on whether to go ahead with them). All the time working in an attic at 140+ degrees!

These guys are the real deal.From start to finish.Bill was informative and very easy going.Dan,Boom,and Jack.A team of skilled surgeons. Arrived early,and never stopped till the job was done. No easy task. Unit was from 1994. No problem for the dream team.I could not be happier.Service,price were spot on and more.

Manny was very polite, helpful, fast and HONEST! He made the trip out to my house at 8 pm on a week day and was still very kind. He also explained exactly what was going on in a way that I understood. Absolutely wonderful company and staff!

Jerry came on time to perform my winter checkup. He was friendly, clean and courteous. Very professional and quick. Fixed a loose wire connection on the heat pump for free.

Hays has been servicing my cooling and heating system for several years now. I always get a friendly reception when I call and they call me be before the tech is scheduled to arrive. The techs have all been great friendly and helpful. When parts have been needed they were quick to supply and install them.

When faced with a broken A/C system and a hot day, [redacted] did everything right to get us back on line. The system had some mismatched components, from a previous company install, and [redacted] was able to think out of the box to solve the problem. I am impressed and grateful.
