*** placed order for Hair Growth Serum-Extra 2 oz. *** rec'd email saying order #*** has been scheduled for shipment via USPS Tracking #***. *** I checked tracking # with USPS and received message saying "A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 8:09 PM on January 8, 2020 in Los Angeles Ca ***. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date.

I have been emailing back and forth to get this resolved with no resolution. I have called and left message with no response. They sent me a survey on the product once again I told them I could not do a survey on a product that they never sent me. Still no response. It has been 3 months since I placed the order. I no longer want the product. Once again I am asking for my $51.59. This is beyond poor customer service.

On February 28,2020 I ordered 2 bottles of hair growth serum and 1 Tea conditioner. I have not received the products. Cannot contact the business.
On February 28th 2020 I ordered two bottles of hair growth serum and 1Tea conditioner from Hollywood Hair Bar. I received an email from *** on March 5th stating my order has been shipped and when I checked the tracking number, the arrival date stated March 11th. I have not received the products and not been able to contact anyone from Hollywood Hair bar. I've called the number listed (XXX)XXX-XXXX, only to receive a voicemail that refers you to there email. The location address has changed from the address that is listed with the Revdex.com. The new address is ***. I would like to be refunded for $69 which I paid to Hollywood Hair bar. My order number is XXXXX. The tracking number is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX when I was unable to contact the company I begin to search and came across the number of complaints filed with the Revdex.com and decided to file a complaint as well. The company appears to be a scam and it's taking money from consumers who are seeking help with hair loss.

I paid for products I never received. Therefore, I am seeking a refund from Hollywood Hair Bar. It's really sad and shameful that they are able to advertise falsely all over the internet and social media.

Ordered 2oz extra strength serum, Dec 13,2019. Order no XXXXX. *** plus shipping. Jan 8,2020 I received an email with a UPS tracking number attached that says until this very day Mar 12, 2020 waiting for product to ship. I've sent several emails on gmail, FB messenger, commented under their promotional ads and even called the business number attached to their profile and it doesn't work. Finally my credit unio agreed the practice was shady and gave me a provisional credit for the money spent with no merchandise and has made several attempts to contact the merchant to no avail.

Desired Outcome

Please have them clear up issue with my financial institution so that my provisional credit is permanent. They charged me for an item they never shipped or communicated about it's delay. And THEN is sending me emails asking me to refer and rate their product. Highly unprofessional

On March 09, 2020 I place a order with Hollywood Hair Bar time go by I didn't receive my order confirmation. I try to call couldn't get any one on the phone so I email them.
the first email they ask me to send them snapshot email on my end so they can help me with. I explain you didn't give me a order confirmation. But I let them know I do have a email from cash app. That show that my transaction was completed what the amount and where the money went too. This what made me to do some research after I review Revdex.com, I email Hollywood Hair Bar and share to them what I saw. I also let them know I'm unsatisfied with their business and I like my money back. I get NO RESPONSE AT ALL. All I want from them is my money THAT'S ALL

I recently placed my third order with them. I believe the product is working, but wanted to give 6-month prior to re-evaluating. Over the holidays I had to reach out to them twice for the first part of a split order. However, soon after reaching out my order was complete. I do feel like the liquid quantities are significantly shorted, which causes customer to purchase more quicker. Shipping takes longer than 7-10 business days and you must actively follow up. I do not think the business is dishonest. I think they have more orders than they can keep up with. If my current pending order looks shorted, it will be my final one.

Refund of funds. Made on line order for Hollywood hair bar hair oil .ordered on 02/02/20. I have not received any product or a refund as of today.
I purchased a bottle of hair oil on 02/20/20 from Hollywood Hair Bar. I waited until 02/25/20. No response. On the 02/28/20 I get a response a email saying your shipment is on it's way. Look out for your tracking email any day. Recieved Feb 28 20. On March 5,2020 I asked for a refund . Haven't heard from them yet. Normally orders deliver within 5-7 business days but Depending on Demand some orders may be delayed a few more days than normal! Processing Time: ALL ORDERS TAKE 2-5 Days TO PROCESS PRIOR TO SHIPPING. Why had my order not even been processed? Their customer service is absolutely no help, and 51.00 is a lot of money for me.

Their customer service os no exsistant. Ihavr rmailed and attempted to speak with someone regarding my order that was left on my door step at 8pm in an apartment building, that I never received and was obviously stolen. No one wants yo refind ot replace my money or products.. They hsve no regard for thier customers. You try to support black owned business snf they are always the worst when it comes to customer service and professionalism.

The processing time online and what they send in an email after you purchase is different. In the email they includes depends on demand.
I ordered three products for $94.08 and it said 2-5 days processing. I paid extra to ensure I received my items before I leave out of country. It is day 5 and I have received no email. I really wanted to try this product and support but when you send two emails and get a generated response the first time and no response the next it is definitely off putting. I need a confirmation number for shipment or a refund. Because there is no point if I cannot receive my product out of the country. Why charge extra if I still won't get it in that amount of time.

Product smells like burnt residue. I want a refund.
I purchased the serum on Feb 18. I did not receive it until March 5. The smell of the product is horrific, it smells like burned residue. I had it already on my scalp when the smell was just constant. The following morning my head smelled like I survived a burning room. The smell was just awful. I emailed twice asking if the batch could have been damaged and no response. I go to their site and they say NO REFUNDS. This product is DAMAGED, how is a company allowed to work in this manner. All the product reviews claim the smell is GREAT. Are the reviews A LIE? Are the reviews paid for?
The product I receive STINKS! My sister is a client and said something is not right.

I purchased product in early February and still haven't received it although they keep telling me it's on its way.
NEVER WILL I EVER PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT AGAIN! I got my first bottle back in December (after I had to tell them I ordered some). I purchased my second bottle early February and here it is March 8th and I still haven't received it. I sent a message through messenger and they kept saying I received my purchase back in December. I had to keep telling them that was the FIRST bottle before they understood I was talking about a more recent purchase. Once they realized it, they sent me a tracking number. Well, here we are a week later and I still haven't received my product. When I asked about it, they swear it was delivered back in December. Again, I had to tell them this was a more recent order and I sent them proof (the email I got from them) showing the purchase date and order number. They said it's being process. *** it didn't take them that long to take my money out of my account so why is it taking 6 weeks to get the product?

I placed my order on 2/27/20. On March 5 after contacting them about my order, I got a email saying it was shipped but no tracking attached. When I email them, I was told that it was a auto generated email and that it will be shipped soon. The process listed is 2-5 days before shipping and now they are telling that's wrong. I ordered a product from Hollywood hair bar, it came in broken. No response to email, phone rep rude and refused to help
I sent 3 emails, the first was sent on 2/28 the first response I git was today 3/5. The response was tracking information for the original order that came in broken. I then called customer service and explained that my emails had been ignored and that I just wanted to have the product replaced. The woman on the phone was very rude and defensive, she said it wasn't her fault and that ups broke the product, I stated that packaged properly it wouldn't have broken. At this point she got very nasty and told me I was rude and disrespectful and refused to help me, told me to request a refund from usps, but I paid my money to Hollywood hair bar. This is the worst customer service that I've ever experienced and will never do business with them again

I ordered a hair dryer from this company and never received it.
On February 10, 2020 I ordered 3 items from this company and included in those items was a hair dryer which is called "One-step Hair Dryer and Styler" and that item was $59.99. I received all the other items EXCEPT the hair dryer. I will be attaching the package slip to this claim that proves that I did not receive the hair dryer. I reached out to the company via Facebook messenger inquiring about the hair dryer and the company immediately responded back to me saying it was being sent the following week. They didn't ask me for my order number or anything which was odd, but I trusted them. The following week came and went and I still hadn't received the hair dryer so I tried emailing the customer service email address that was listed on their website and the person responded told me that all of my items were shipped on 2/14/20 but I reiterated that I never received the hair dryer. I didn't get a response. Another week went by and I still didn't receive the hair dryer so I reached out again via Facebook since that is where they communicate with their customers the most. This time, however, I didn't get a response. Instead, they sent me a generic response saying they will contact me back shortly, but they never did. They post on their social media daily so I commented on the latest post expressing my dissatisfaction and they deleted my comment and blocked me from posting on their page. It has now been almost a month since I purchased the hair dryer and it's obvious that they have poor customer service and no regard for my issue and I feel that now it's time to report this situation to someone who can possibly help me.
