I haven't received my item that I purchased almost 3 weeks ago, and I can't get in contact with Hollywood Hair Bar
I ordered their hair serum on 02/21/20 and from that date until now, they haven't emailed regarding shipping or tracking info. I have been trying to get in contact with them for over a week via chat and email but no luck.

I need my product by Friday 03/06/20 or a full refund.

I am not sure if this is a scam or what. But I have emailed and called to no avail and that makes me very uncomfortable. I have spent money I would like retunred to no avail. I do NOT want any further dealings with this company! I have read multiple issues with the company that are not favorable and fine it very bad business practice to not communicate to loyal customers. I want a FUll REFUND of my money ASAP! I dont know who else to gert through to them. CUstomer service should be Number one! They have none! Not happy at all!

I ordered 2 bottles of the serum and only received 1 bottle. I have been trying to contact the company by instagram dm, email & text no reply.
Order number XXXXX on December 23 2019 one bottle extra strength was delivered but I ordered two and the second one never came. I have emailed, direct messaged the company and texted the company no response. I just need the bottle I paid for, I feel like I have been ripped off.

I have tried on multiple occasions to let you know what happened with my last order and feel cheated. My order was not packaged correctly therefore; half of my products spilled in the packaging. No one has tried to reach out to me nor have they tried to replace the product. I truly believe in the product that you offer and want to remain a customer, consequently; I DO NOT feel comfortable purchasing more products from you when there is a problem with my products once I have received them. Your lack of communication with your customers seems to be a BIG problem. I'm NOT in the business of wasting money, as I know you are not. I have given your company ample amount of time to get this resolved and NO ONE has even attempted to reach me. I spent over $100 so this is the last time I reach out to you about my order. Order# XXXXX. It's sad when you HAVE to give a company a not so good review because they refuse to communicate and get the issue resolved. I sent them pictures,multiple emails, phone calls & even reached out to them via Facebook messenger just to get issue resolved. This is very unsatisfactory...Frustrated & Upset

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Website is misleading. Tells you, you will receive package within 7-10 business days. That's a lie. Tells you order will process in 3-5 days that's a lie. I emailed three times and on the third email when I said I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. Then my order ships out. No response to my emails at all.

Thank for responding. I received the product two weeks after I consulted you. What needs to be done is, they need to stop telling people that they will send the product within three business days and people do not get their products until a month or two after they've taken the money out of their account. Thank you very much.

I have placed an order three weeks ago. I have not received it. I paid for 3 DAY shipping and it hasn't arrived yet. I have reached out via email approximately 4 times, and via Facebook messenger three. I have not received any help. They just keep sending order information, such as the the confirmation email. I have not Yet received my order and customer service has stopped responding to my email and messages. This site does not have phone support.
I had placed my order 02-09-2020 it is now 02-24-2020 and I still don't have my order when I go to the company online site my order says delivered but I have not yet received it. Ireached out to Hollywood hair bar customer service through email and text messages and the representatives all tell me that my order is on its way even though I expressed to them it says delivered but still is not here and I asked then why does it say delivered, no answered are response I just keep getting the run around.

This company does not have phone support so it is very hard to get someone through messages and emails because they do not respond consistently. I am seeking a full refund for my order, this company no longer deserves my money and service if they can not value there customers.

I ordered *** dollars worth of product in mid December, they said it was delivered but I don't have it and no one will help me resolve this.
I ordered 130 dollars worth of this product mid December and did not receive any indication that my order was on the way until the end of January. Then they claimed to have delivered my order but I do not have it. I have tried to speak with anyone to help me resolve this issue and all they keep doing is sending me the delivery confirmation email-still no product or mention of a refund. I have sent message to their fb presence and the only their email because calling them is pointless. No one answers and the voicemail box is always full. I just want the products or my money back. They charged me immediately. And now, I keep receiving emails about 50 percent off of my next purchase but I will never purchase another thing from them without resolving this.

I've never received my order and the company is completely ignoring me.
I originally found Hollywood Hair Bar on Facebook when I saw lots of advertisements circulating. On Facebook they responded and gave me product information. I ordered December 18, 2019 from the official website. I've never recieved my order and have been ignored. When I call the number or the website there's an automated recording telling customers to be patient and to email them instead. No one ever actually answers the phone. When I email them, there's an automated message response. I only email them that I want a refund immediately. I've never spoken to anyone from this company. I eventually returned to Facebook and saw that the advertisements were still posting regularly and representatives were still offering product info. I tried to reach out there about my order and to request a refund. Soon my comments were deleted and I no longer have the option to comment on any advertising posts by HHB.

I finally got my order, but it wasn't my order. The order slip in the package was mine but not the items. I want my items
I ordered Dec 18, 2019 (2) Extra Strength Regrowth serum and (1) medium brown lace tint spray for *** Never received like the email said. I called, emailed, Facebooked messaged and contact them on the website and no response. Finally, on Jan 28th they responded saying it was shipped January 8th and gave me a tracking number. When I click the tracking number it just showed it was in CA.
After that I continued to contact them, to tell them I never received my order. They wouldn't respond for days and when they did it was a repeat message of the first response, I received from them- like it was a copy and paste. Eventually I asked for my money back, reporting this as fraud and said I would be contacting the Revdex.com. Then they responded saying they are a legit company and they went viral and they are working on the orders and promise to send a coupon for 50% off my next order. Which I never received and giving the service I have received I wouldn't use anyway. Well Feb 11th, 2020 I finally got my order, but it wasn't my order. The order slip in the package was mine but not the items. I have been going thru the same mess to get them to send me my correct order and I now get no response. So now I am stuck with a part of my order and them keeping my money.
This companies' customer service is horrible and I'm not even sure it's worth the trouble to buy anything from them. They take your money, never address customer concerns, don't send the correct products and will not refund your money. There are so many other companies claiming the same results as this company with great customer service, great delivery and cost with a money back guarantee.

I ordered from them on 2/13/2020. I've received no product.
I went online and purchased from this company on 2/13 2020. when I made my purchase they sent the email confirming my purchase letting me know that it would take three to five business days to ship out. Since then I've received no email confirming my email being shipped they have already taken my money. I sent this email several times, attempted to chat, and called to a number where no one ever answers in order to get this issue resolved. They have the WORSE customer service and there is absolutely no way to get to speak to a person. They delivered only one of the 3 items I ordered and instead of sending what they neglected to package, sent me an email for 50% off. Please know that I have ordered 3 2 ounce extra strength hair regrowth serum's which have arrived today however although I've ordered three only one appear in the package I have enclosed a picture of the one that arrived. The packing slip says that I clearly ordered three however only one was wrapped up in the package. How can this happen question it says the three pieces have been shipped but there's only one in the package! This is extremely disappointing for me as I order one regrowth serum for each of my two daughters and one for myself. Please know that I would like this rectified as I paid the total price for three pieces and have not received my total order. Please send the rest of the order, which is two additional 2 ounce extra strength regrow this serum's that I was expecting and today's package. I purchased several items more than 2 months ago. I still haven't received everything and the one that I received is cheaper than what I paid for.

Received someone else's order. Been emailing explaining the miss up but they reply it has been shipped.There's no way to talk via phone to correct it.

I placed an order on 2/16/2020 @1209AM. Order#XXXXX. I have been trying to cancel order since 2/16/2020. Company will not respond to communication

After I made purchase I initially reached out to company at 8:01am on 2/16 to get details of the bottle sizes. I tried several routes of communication (email, online chat, instagram messenger, and phone call). After no response from company, I began to worry this was a scam. I asked to have the order cancelled via email and online chat before the order is processed.

As of 2/17, my Discover Card account still says the purchase is pending. I reached out using every avenue the company provided with no response. I do not want the products, I have communicated to cancel order through all avenues in a timely manner to prevent the order from being processed.
