I have called [redacted] several times and have left over 8 messages she keeps calling advising that I am lying I refuse to go back in forth and I refuse to pay a 700-900 especially for a car I don't want like I advised I am keeping my car and yes I am highly upset I work full time and go to school full time I will be contacting the Texas department of motor vehicles after this message

I already spoke to [redacted] from holt and she stated she was going to get with customer service to start the unwind (rescind contract) that should have been done already from 12/4/15. The only acceptable offer I will accept is this contract to be unwind. I already accepted but holt didn't follow through.

On February 11, 2016 I spoke with an [redacted] from the dealership. She stated that she thought we had a deal worked out. I explained to her that [redacted] has offered to trade me into the same 4X4 Ram 1500 two times now and has backed out of the deal twice. [redacted] stated she is going to have another manager ** work up the deal and take of things. [redacted] asked me if I new [redacted] and I said yes he was the one who told me the last time the deal was going to go through per [redacted]. There has not been any resolution at this point and I am still waiting on a solution from the dealership. I told [redacted] that I was not coming back in the dealership to stand around and wait. When they have a finalized deal to call me and my wife and I will come in drive the vehicle and sign the papers but I was not coming back in there to wait around.

The "friend" that [redacted] is referring to is her daughter. The "friends" friend is her daughters fiancé, we did agree to fix the contract, and add her daughter to it, she declined this and ask that we unwind the deal because she bought another vehicle. There is always two sides to a story, and after doing some more research we discovered that the other vehicle that was purchased from [redacted] is a illegal straw purchase therefore we will unwind the car deal that she has with us.

[redacted] pushed my wife out of the office and would not speak to her. Did the business even read this complaint???? We went that very route last time, and they ignored my wife for an hour and a half while she was there - until [redacted] finally filled out paperwork for us and promised to call back the next week - and never did .... the business wants us to take those same steps? I want the business to take initiative and care for this at this point. We have made every effort, and the business is just avoiding the issue.

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.On Friday, 07/24, I went out of my way to go by the dealership to speak with [redacted], confirm the Lifetime Maintenance Warranty was applied to our account and to pick up the gas voucher that was promised to me as a resolution to this issue. Upon arrival, [redacted] advised me the individual responsible for applying the warranty to the account was out of the office on the 23rd, the day the warranty was supposed to be applied, and that she had spoken to them Friday morning and it would take up to 24 hours to be applied. I requested a packet of information and paperwork confirming what the warranty covered, along with the confirmation it was completed, and she was unable to provide me this information. She was even unsure what the warranty covered exactly other than oil changes and tire rotation. She then provided me with the gas voucher that was promised and proceeded to question where my Dealer Rater review was as she needed to reply to it. I then went next door to the gas station immediately, and when attempting to turn in the voucher, was advised by the attendant that the gas station no longer accepts the vouchers and they had told the dealership this. I was pressed for time as I had to pick up my 2 babies from daycare. I called [redacted], from the gas station parking lot, and she stated she had no idea they did not take the vouchers and advised she needed to talk with a manager and the call ended. I sat in the gas station parking lot for 7 minutes, never received a phone call back and had to leave to pick up my children. Nearly 15 minutes after leaving, I decided to call the dealership, talked to Athena where she advised me that they told her they no longer use vouchers, but a credit card, and only one individual has that card and they were not there. Beyond all frustrations, I told her I was done, even when trying to resolve my issues, the customer service was STILL TERRIBLE and there was no resolution. At this point, I can no longer deal with this dealership, they are completely unprofessional and do not have a grasp on what is and is not accepted and seems as though the communication between management is not there. UNPROFESSIONAL, IGNORANT AND IRRESPONSIBLE.

as previously stated the business is not able to satisfy the consumers request.. We would be happy to help her later on down the road when more payments have been made on the vehicle. This is the last response
We are contacting the customer today, to resolve this issue
We have spoken to [redacted] and have issued a check for 620 dollars. We are also working with him to fix his navigation
