PNC Bank, N.A. responded to Ms. Love on June 5, 2017, and considers this matter addressed. Thank you,Ann

I did get a respond from PNC. However, the matter hasn’t been resolved. A lady called a few times to see if Mony Network had did anything on my behalf. She did tell me she was closingbtj case with Revdex.com but would keep an open case with PNC. Today is May 21, 2018 and Istill haven’t received my $887.00. PNC isn’t moving nor is Money New work sending them a dispute because they feel like it’s on PNC due to  He fact that the transaction wasn’t completed and The PNC ATM didn’t properly disperse my money back out of the machine and stopped working. PNCcis saying they understand the machine malfunction but need Money Network to send a Dispute first in order to give me back my $887. I’m not sure if I should be filling a complaint against Money Network for not cooperating with PNC!!! I don’t understand why it has taken so long to handle this issue. PNC has spoken with many Supervisor which has verbally given them them information they need but still will not move forward with the dispute. I understand there are procedures that should be followed but I need to know what she NEXT STEP when the procedure you have in place fails. It’s almost June 1, 2018 and O feel like I haven’t gotten anywhere with receiving my money back.... I am concerned and overwhelmed. However, I still need my $887.00......

On January 21, 2016 I received a call from Melody at PNC. She informed me that after re-visiting my claim PNC thought it would be appropriate to refund 3 months of PM I. I accept this and I...

think it is fair. I am of course disappointed that this claim had to go through the Revdex.com to get resolved. Thank you for your help in resolving the issue.
