I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have requested the contacts for [redacted] Appraisal Services in order to contact them and find out if they can include the [redacted] State licensed appraiser who appraised our house for $218,000. PNC refuses to accept the appraisal because she is not on the so called "unbiased" list of appraisers. I want to appeal to [redacted] Appraisal Services to see if our appraiser can be accepted and approved by them and therefore by PNC.PNC knows by any measure that our house is worth way more than the required LTV to eliminate our PMI which is required by the Homeowners Protection Act of 1998. PNC has made no attempt to see if [redacted] Appraisal Services will include and accept the appraiser who appraised our house. PNCs is acting in a despicable manner with us in this matter and the RevDex.com should be aware of this and I hope will help us. I have not received the contact information for [redacted] Appraisal Services and reject PNCs response.

the office of their president that the online banking is only a tool, and only the balance should be used, what good is online banking if the only truly accurate post is the balance.

they have addressed this matter with me is absurd. A member of their executive client relations team was assigned to help me and even after having that done they failed to overnight my replacement card to me. This required my mother to go out of her way to have to ship it to me - a matter that could have been avoided all together f one of their original customer service representatives hadn't mistakenly changed my billing address. Then PNC proceeded to send serval more cards to my mother's address - as if they wanted to further inconvenience her and increase the likelihood that my information could once again be stolen. Their "addressing" the matter with me required almost daily phone calls to the assigned member of the executive client relations team and yet it was still handled poorly. And PNC has yet to give me an update on my dispute. They haven't addressed a single thing.
