I did receive a call from Aaron B*** (PNC client relations) who basically said that PNC will do nothing to resolve dispute nor adhere to the previous taken over bank National City's policy on providing a free safety box with a minimum balance account I know there are other branch customers who are affected by this change and next steps until if not resolved we will form together to form a class action suit against PNC. Thanks***

PNC Bank does not know how to tell the truthThey never contacted me especially when on a recorded line they said they would contact me back after speaking with the bank manager and never didPNC closed one of my accounts without prior notice which is in violation of my agreement with this bank.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I indd PNCs inability to properly communicate with individuals of all abilities frustrating and disappointing.Mentioning calling me after I said I cannot communicate via phone is itic.PNC prematurely closed my account so l am not able to contact PNC through their sitePNC failed to answer numerous emails.PNC failed to send the information I requested via mail.The issue of the check maintains that the check is valid.I want a PNC to reverse the debt of the unpaid check and report it to the credit bureaus.Furthermore I disputed a charge of approx$from cubesmart prior to the fiasco that was never properly addressed.I want that amount refunded to me.

Thank you, t sent before I wanted it toThey claim there were charges I was responsible for in the middle of the time frame of the illegal chargesThis is falsePerhaps the initial CSR reported it incorrectlyFrom the initial date to the end date- the next day- the charges were not mineThe fact they never contacted me to do a police report as the initial CSR said they would shows they rushed to judgement. hank you,*** ***
