I have read the laws on having PMI insurance droppedThe laws at the time of the loan are what applyIt states mortgage companies are required to drop PMI insurance after the loan had
reached 78% of the original appraised value at the time of the loadNow I am well under half of the loan value and they still will not drop the PMII will only be satisfied when this is taken off my loan and I an credited all the money paid to PMI after my loan to value was below 78% Thank You James Clanin

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. You are correct in stating that I opened the checking account in 2015; what you are failing to acknowledge is that Money Market that was opened at the same time to avoid any penalties that had over $40,at the time we were charged. We were told by the East Brunswick branch that keeping the money market account would avoid incurring any fees. I would like to know why, after so many years of having the account, is it suddenly an issue that we have started incurring fees. Why was my mother told to open a credit card to avoid future penalties? Why was I told that changes were made to the account, but no one could explain them to me without the presence of my mother who is a joint account holder? Why was she then able to change the address on the accounts without my presence? I did receive your call, and returned your call each time, but was still unable to speak with you. The customer service we have received has been terrible and we have been given different stories at every turn. This has been a terrible experience.
