 I spoke twice with a rep from PNC named Dodi I[redacted] We agreed I would dispute the December 2015 item with Experian and PNC would not validate to have the negative item removed. Today I see PNC validated and updated the December 2015 item. They did not keep their word. Please call Mrs. I[redacted] at ###-###-#### Ext[redacted]. The conversations were recorded by PNC.

reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I appreciate the PNC response to my complaint, unfortunately, the response only dictates some incomplete facts (no answers) and continues to miss the point of the issue at hand.? I hope this is not evasion.? The referenced National City Bank (acquired by PNC Mortgage in 2008) was cited as discriminatory, check the National City Settlement with CFPB.? PNC Mortgage is still servicing discriminatory loans with no remedy.? And the review of prior modification and refinance attempts failed to capture the applications submitted in & with National City Bank (contact was Tim D.), the refinance attempt with PNC Bank in August (contact was Shenugah GPNC Branch Manager Sunny I[redacted]), and the NACA Home Save modification application submitted on 9/15/(documented with NACA).? In each case, PNC (and National City) failed to provide any options to keep the property or stay in my home, only offering liquidation options (including deed in lieu of foreclosure, and short sale).? Please help me find real options to keep my home, instead of continued stalling and pushback.? Thank you for your time and consideration

does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The bank has not contacted me properly to resolve this matter. I have requested written correspondence so there is written evidence of what is said, however PNC has not attempted to reach me this way, Nor did they even attempt to contact me in any form on 4/6/16 as they have stated in this complaint. The only back and fourth I have had with the bank was through secure messages to dispute further charges made to the account while my balance should have been positive. I have asked that the bank contact me in writing and they have not.I am attaching the receipt for DEBIT CARD PURCHASE XXXXX[redacted]o show that it was infact made with a positive balance, I am also attaching the messages I have sent to PNC regarding the extra fees, now totaling $216.Regards,[redacted]

your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.PNC called and spoke to us on the phone, yes, but nothing has been resolved yet! A phone call doesn't solve anything, if nothing has actually been done yet. We need to get them signed documentation...which you would think they would also have from Greenpath since they signed the documents as well, and then I don't know what will happen. But, so far, we've only spoken to them explaining to yet another person all of this stuff we've explained a ton of times now and we were listened to and that is it. That does not constitute solving the matter at all! I don't appreciate them lying and saying it was solved when it hasn't been yet. It sounds like it will be quite a process of getting this resolved, if at all...especially since they have tried to say it was, when it wasn't yet. We may be contacting the media about this whole issue as well, just to warn other people about their propensity to back out of deals and act like they don't know what goes on within local branches, and like nobody is on the same page. If I have to get an attorney on this as well, I will, but we shall see if they do anything once we get them copies of documents they supposedly don't have that they were part of signing. It sounds like we'll get the run around more than a solution, at this point, but I will let you know either way when I know more.

PNC does not have a signed release from the customer in order to provide the Revdex.com a response. We will attempt to communicate resolution directly with the customer. - DMB 3/22/18
