all the company did was send me a letter saying that they are looking into it.  They haven't stopped the pmi which by law they should have.  I do not have a refund for the payments that they received after the pmi should have stopped.  I do not have a new loan payment amount or booklet yet.  So they have done nothing yet.  Nothing has been resolved.

I have returned their calls multiple times and the gentlemen that calls is never available. I leave messages telling him my work hours and he still calls during work hours. Once he called just before 5pm and left a message and I called him back at 5:10 and he was not available. So far it's been a game of phone tag. He called me today actually and hasn't returned my call yet.
