I wish to close this complaintI received an e-mail from HomeClick andthey are allowing me to bring the item to their warehouse

We sincerely apologize you are having trouble with the Kohler faucet you purchased from usThe procedure would be to contact the manufacturer for all warranty purposesIf you are having trouble contacting the manufacturer please let us knowI understand that there are plumber fees involved but the warranty only covers the item, meaning parts can be sent or a new item if need be.Warranty Information All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as well as any other warranty required by lawGeneral warranty information for each manufacturer may be obtained by contacting the manufacturer directlyIf you have more specific warranty information questions, please call Customer Service at ( [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the response meet my expectation due to not offering a refund of the return shipping cost of $ It is expected that return shipping is included in the sales prices or at least a portion It is the cost of doing business When inferior products are sold, that risk has to be considered Transferring that cost to me not only removes you from my shopping options and also to the general public This is not good customer service The size and weight alone should be considered with the possibility of a customer returning an item if the don't like it There has to be some sort of customer satisfaction or assure of such to attract customers Without the business can fail You are missing the essence of having to bring this matter to the Revdex.com I am requesting reconsideration of my request Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This business makes a practice of promising that items are in stock and will be delivered promptly, only to then "discover" that they are actually "special order' or "back ordered." There are dozens of complaints online from other customers that had the exact same experience This is a classic bait and switch, and, in California, constitutes an unfair business practice for which you could be sued Regards, [redacted]
