I am rejecting this response because:
They did not refund the shipping chargeI did not order the wrong item, they sent the wrong itemwhy must I pay for their mistake

I am rejecting this response because:
The product was defective when I received it, therefore Homeclick has some responsibility to stand by their products Homeclick is passing off a defective product on to the general public and then placing responsibility for it on the manufacturer As you can tell by their impersonal, prefabricated response, Homeclick does not stand by their products and does not care about their customers I have ordered many times through Homeclick, but never will again Bad customer service means loss of customers, something the owners of Homeclick obviously haven't yet learned Next time I will go to my local hardware or plumbing supply store, who are struggling to stay in business while competing against big box stores and internet suppliers who have no relationship with their customers and do not care if they lose one

How will I get my refund - by check in the mail I hope

Purchased a $dollar item 11/as of January item had not shipped and was not available Customer service kept saying that the item had shipped Representative was not honest about the process

Good Morning and thank you for the responseSince we are unable to ship another unit due to the damage history, we are able to refund you in full for the full cost of the item, which was $We processed this refund back to the original method of payment on 01/11/You are asking for an additional $refund for the inconvenience and for having to go buy another.
I do understand that it is inconvenient, and for that we apologizeWe can refund another $in addition to the $that we refunded on 01/It is unfortunate that this item cannot ship without being damaged, but we hope to be able to resolve this
