The service was excellent. The response for service was fast and the technician was well prepared to explain my problem and what he could do for me. He was pleasant and gave me all obtions for completing the job. He also explained the costs involved' After checking my water heater he found it to be leaking water. It was shown to me and I was advised of the possible problems in the near future with a heater being 14 yrs old. I choose to have a new heater. He did a nice job of putting the new unit in and cleaned up the area and was done in a few hours. Great job.

He called to let me know when he would arrive, he listened to the problem, performed his diagnosis, provided a detailed list of what needed to be done and provided options, set expectation of when the work would be complete and finished the work promptly. I needed a leak fixed in the kitchen so I called Horizon Services. I have been a customer for many years. [redacted]. arrived promptly for the scheduled appointment. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and determined the cause of the leak immediately. He completed the necessary work (replaced garbage disposal) and cleaned up the cabinet and kitchen area in a reasonable amount of time. [redacted] was friendly and courteous. Great visit on time and very professial

[redacted] was professional and thorough when assessing my HVAC system and making repairs. He was clear when reviewing service options and did so before actually performing the work. I would recommend this service to others.

Today's visit went very well. Problem was diagnosed and quickly resolved. Technician was courteous and explained everything. Was able to get problem fixed the day it occurred.

The technician came to the house after I had left messages for Horizon and another local company - on a Sunday morning. Shortly after leaving the message, Horizon called me and scheduled a technician to come that afternoon. The other company did not call me until Monday.

When the technician arrived he, honestly, came off kind of like a salesman. However, once he took a look at the outside and inside units he leveled with me and explained the current state of my equipment and what service he was about to perform. I appreciate that he was honest, thoughtful, and straightforward. In fact, when I explained that our electric bill had been 3x our monthly average the previous month, and that I suspected the HVAC system, he started to run down other possibilities - lights left on, overuse of appliances, insulation, hot water heater. He did not immediately jump to "you need a new HVAC unit". Although, as he pointed out, we truly will need one soon as the current equipment is almost 20 years old.

The technician let me watch him perform the maintenance. He explained everything he was doing, before, during, and after.

When we went inside the house to sign off on the work having been completed, he started to sound like a salesman again. After I realized that he was only presenting the state-of-the-HVAC to me, I heard him out and we were able to engage in a meaningful discussion about HVAC options and what his company could do for me now and in the future.

Overall, this was a good experience. We have had many technicians come to the house over the years for electricity, propane, hot water heater, well water equipment, and HVAC. Horizon made every single one of those people look inept because of this technician's knowledge, attitude toward me, effectiveness, and honesty.

called for repair Friday afternoon, repairman ([redacted].) arrived early Saturday morning. Repairs done quickly and accurately.

[redacted] at Horizon Services was awesome. He was cordial, professional and yet a down-to-earth real person. He's an expert Drain Tech. Answered all my questions. Spent all the time needed to try and fix our issue. 100% recommend [redacted] at Horizon!

Plumbing Technician Matt [redacted] did a great job repairing my gas leak. Thanks to him. I was able to turn my heat back on in a quick manner. Matt felt fixed the gas leak in a most expeditious manner.

Just had a checkup with Horizon; Steve C. came out and was great.
