My technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived the same day as when I made the service call. I ran him through quite a few questions and scenarios and he was able to answer them all. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has need of their services.

We called Horizon Services last evening, Sept. 7, at 8 PM to schedule a service call for our non-working air conditioner. The appointment was set for noon time. [redacted]. arrived exactly on time and was extremely professional. Within 10 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and within 15 more minutes had the repair complete and our air conditioner back running. And on a 94 degree day, this was wonderful news. Through my questioning and observing the technician's troubleshooting logic and technical skills to diagnose and perform appropriate maintenance on my oil heater, I allayed my concerns (when booking the appointment) about what value I was getting for the cost of the service. [redacted] (technician) was efficient, answered my questions and explained my options. I am now glad that I made the appointment with Horizon. This service gained my trust in Horizon having skilled and professionally trained technicians; the trust can be lost in one bad experience so I encourage Horizon to maintain caliber of its technicians. I witnessed the actual critical parts of my furnace so I understood what the technician could clean, replace as part of the service call, or would require additional cost. I felt informed, equipped with the facts and a semblance of the risk, so I could make decisions that were best for our financial situation.

We have found him to be courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable and explaining everything, in detail and making sure to go over anything we had questions about. I had a positive experience with my plumbing technician from Horizon services. I had a seal break on my garbage disposal which caused a flood under my kitchen sink. Horizon sent someone the next morning and he arrived on time and replaced my garbage disposal in a quick and clean manner. I was pleased.

Kevin, did a great job repairing my plumbing problem to my washer. I was scheduled first on his appointments and he was here early and ready to go. Being that my house is 30 years old the plan to fix my problem was difficult, however Kevin came up with 2 plans and was determined to make the cheaper repair work, which he did successfully. Great work, Great Scheduling.

Our technician was very respectful, professional and friendly. He was on time and seemed knowledgable in his work.

We bought a 28 yr old house and the water heater died after few months of using it. Called horizon and Keith K a plumber from horizon services came (on time) and very courtious and respectful. He look/check the water heater and explained things and option I have since its old I thought to have it replace. Keith guided me through the options and financial plans without any complications or confusions, showing how well verse he is in the matter. After that he work on replacing the water heater for a couple of hour until the new one is working and delivering hot water. Been using horizon services for at least 10 yrs in all our ac/heater needs and been very satisfied with their personnels.

Horizon technician showed up on time and was able to fix my toilet and the leak in sink. Expensive but satisfactory.
