For some reason, some components of the system were slow to wake up after the long winter and were not performing properly - I'm sure others would of stopped there and suggested replacement parts or a new system. [redacted] spent additional time trying to assess the situation and somehow the compressor eventually performed properly.

We chose to not have the work done by Horizon because my husband was able to replace the pump that was the issue. [redacted] was helpful in finding the replacement pump on Home Depot's website for me. I was very happy that [redacted] was the technician selected for our job.
