Phenomenal experience with Horizon and plumbing technician [redacted]. He walked us through all of our options, was extremely friendly, and did an excellent job replacing our water heater! Horizon was very professional and, most importantly, clean! The technicians didn't walk into our house without putting on boot protectors and laid floor protection throughout the house when doing their work. Thank you!

For some reason, some components of the system were slow to wake up after the long winter and were not performing properly - I'm sure others would of stopped there and suggested replacement parts or a new system. [redacted] spent additional time trying to assess the situation and somehow the compressor eventually performed properly.

We were serviced today by [redacted]. We found Jose to be open, friendly, and professional. Our need was diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. We have only positive feedback regarding our service.

We bought a 28 yr old house and the water heater died after few months of using it. Called horizon and Keith K a plumber from horizon services came (on time) and very courtious and respectful. He look/check the water heater and explained things and option I have since its old I thought to have it replace. Keith guided me through the options and financial plans without any complications or confusions, showing how well verse he is in the matter. After that he work on replacing the water heater for a couple of hour until the new one is working and delivering hot water. Been using horizon services for at least 10 yrs in all our ac/heater needs and been very satisfied with their personnels.

[redacted] was punctual, respected my property by wearing the orange booties, explained everything a homeowner should be aware of, listed my repair options which I accepted. I would gladly have [redacted] has a technician in my home in future instances.

Technician was polite, prompt, and knowledgable. Didn't try to upsell even though we have a very old system. Noted that the system was actually in great shape and recommended simple maintenance to prevent any issues. Great experience.

We had a problem with our air conditioner. [redacted] came promptly and was very polite and personable. He checked our unit inside and out and diagnosed the problem. We chose to not have the work done by Horizon because my husband was able to replace the pump that was the issue. [redacted] was helpful in finding the replacement pump on Home Depot's website for me. I was very happy that [redacted] was the technician selected for our job.

[redacted] performed the annual service on our Winter/Summer heating and hot water system Friday Aug 29. [redacted] was very complete, polite and very willing to answer any questions for me He is a very positive 'face' for Horizon Services and I will continue to request him for service as necessary.
