[redacted] form Horizon was excellent. He was polite,courteous and on time. [redacted] was professional, explained everything he was doing step by step and then he diagnosed the problem.

Horizon is definitely my go to for service. They are everything the commercials say they are.

This is the 3rd time that I have had Horizon Services come to my home (for different services), and each time they have more than lived up to their commercials. Not only is their work top notch their technicians respected both me an my home. [redacted] was the latest technician to come out, along with a young man named [redacted]. For as young as both these gentlemen were, they seemed as though they had been plumbers for 40 years. That's how knowledgeable they were. Although I hope to never need a plumber again, if I do I will be calling Horizon Services.

Our scheduled service with Horizon was for an A/C checkup. The HVAC tech that came out was [redacted]. He was prompt and and courteous, making sure to explain what he was here to do.

We also requested a quote for relocating the thermostat controlling our A/C unit. Although we did not go ahead and schedule that service, detailed breakdowns of available options were left behind in the event we decide to have in done later.

[redacted] from Horizon Services installed a new Bradford White water heater in our home today. He was knowledgeable, cooperative and pleasant. I think he did an excellent job on the water heater as well as a few complementary services. He had a trainee with him ([redacted]) who also did well. They treated me and each other with respect and good humor.

The technician was very helpful, and provided good service.

[redacted] was very professional and friendly. He explained all the issues and provided resolutions. I will call Horizon Services and request Lee for all of my future needs.

[redacted] was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He made sure I understood the work he was going to do. He did it, cleaned up afterwards and all is working well.

Prompt and professional. Arrived exactly on time and then efficiently fixed the problem. What more can you ask?

[redacted]. came to my home to clear a clogged sewer drain. He was timely, extremely respectful. He explained to me his process and everything he was doing. Once the drain was clear, he did future inspection and discovered and issue with my pipe. He explained to me next steps and arranged for another tech to come out to complete further evaluation.

Very pleased with the overall experience including those who helped schedule each appoinment.
