[redacted]., the service technician, arrived on time and was both polite and professional. He was supposed to fix my hot water problem, but the dispatch people, who knew of my specific issue yesterday, did not provide Pat with the necessary part. He will be returning to fix the problem. It would have been much better all around if there was better communication on Horizon's part.

Excellent service, great value

Horizon technician arrived when promised, was polite and neat, and performed his checks without delay. He invited me to watch and ask questions while he serviced my A/C.

[redacted] performed the annual service on our Winter/Summer heating and hot water system Friday Aug 29. [redacted] was very complete, polite and very willing to answer any questions for me He is a very positive 'face' for Horizon Services and I will continue to request him for service as necessary.

Technician was polite, prompt, and knowledgable. Didn't try to upsell even though we have a very old system. Noted that the system was actually in great shape and recommended simple maintenance to prevent any issues. Great experience.

I was very happy with Horizon Services and my technician [redacted] took a look at my plumbing problems and actually told me that I didn't need a drain service and gave me a few tips to keep the drain flowing. He outlined my other options and let me choose. For my toilet, he did a tank rebuild quickly and neatly. I was very satisfied.

The technician was very professional and patient. He explained everything completely and offered options of what needed to be completed.

The horizon tech chris c was very professional and thoroughly performed the task without ever appearing to be rushing the job. He continued his job until he and myself was satisfied with the way the drain was flowing during waste discharge from inside the residence. I would strongly reccomend horizon to all my friends that needed similar services thank you chris for a job well done

When our kitchen sink drain became clogged on the weekend, [redacted]. came by early afternoon on Monday, unclogged it and got us up and running again. He answered our questions in a friendly and informative fashion, and overall, did a nice job.
