My experience with [redacted] was very positive. I found him to be very mannerly, respectful of my home, very knowledgeable of his job, experienced in the mechanism of the installation of my garbage disposal, my faucet and all the workings required. I would recommend him very highly. His personality is amazing. He certainly has all the qualifications anyone would expect of a highly trained technician. I think [redacted] is an asset to your company. Definitely a keeper.

I had Horizon Services for the first time and I was impressed by the professional thorough service. I was so impressed. I signed up for their Gold plan. Now I won't have to worry if I need help because I'll be at the top of thie list.

We've had a service contract with Horizon for approximately 5 years and find the techs to be very courteous. On a service call today we had a problem and not only did [redacted] tell me that he was going to make it right. I overheard him tell the home office that they needed to make it right. They accepted responsibility and followed up with me two hours later. [redacted] alone saved our business with Horizon today.

The horizon tech chris c was very professional and thoroughly performed the task without ever appearing to be rushing the job. I was very happy with Horizon Services and my technician [redacted] took a look at my plumbing problems and actually told me that I didn't need a drain service and gave me a few tips to keep the drain flowing. He outlined my other options and let me choose. For my toilet, he did a tank rebuild quickly and neatly. I was very satisfied.
