Horizon Services repaired my utility sink drain. [redacted]., their technician/plumber, did a superb job and went the second mile by tightening and adjusting the faucet connections above (the leak was below). They were clean, efficient, polite, and professional all the way around. Yes, I would recommend Horizon Services and specifically [redacted] one of their many quality employees.

I used Horizon Services for the first time this morning and had a very positive experience. [redacted]. was the technician who performed the work. He was on time, kept the house completely clean, and unclogged our problematic laundry tub drain in about 15 minutes. He also fixed our kitchen/garbage disposal drain while he was here. Not only did he fix our drain issues quickly and completely, he also provided techniques for keeping the drains clean in the future in order to prevent future problems. This was a 100% positive experience.

Horizon's technician [redacted] did a great job. I've heard mixed reviews from my Pennsylvania coworkers but we are completely happy with our experience. [redacted] was prompt and polite, and quickly determined that our hvac issue was a circuit board. While it wasn't cheap, it is much cheaper than a new unit.

[redacted] from Horizon Services was promptly there at the beginning of the estimated time slot and called to give a heads up that he would be arriving. He was very knowledgable and explained everything that needed to be done. The pricing was very clearly explained and very fair. Anthony was very personable and I would recommend him and Horizon Services to anyone who was looking for a plumber.

I was very pleased. Seemed qualified, and was pleasant. Wore protective booties. Explained the necessary repair thoroughly.

We had a large leak in the kitchen that went into the basement ceiling/lighgting and the wood floors. We called and Kevin came out quickly. He analyzed the problem, let me know what it was and fixed it. He found additional problems and stuck with the job till it was compmletely done. Bottom line, he would not leave until he was sure the leaks and plumbing issues were resolved.

Horizon was very prompt in answering our service call. They were arrived earlier. [redacted]. was very nice fully explained our heater problem and best options to fix it. He did not try to over sell us or pressure us into more than we needed. I would recommend them to anyone. They perform just the way they advertise.

Glad I went with Horizon!! Contacted Horizon with regard to installation of a bypass humidifier. The initial appointment was scheduled much sooner than I expected, and the technician arrived on-time. [redacted] was professional, courteous, and informative.

He characterized the high ethical and professional standard that I was hoping for from Horizon, and I am looking forward to installation of my humidifier, and having a long relationship with Horizon for on-going maintenance of my HVAC equipment. FYI - my house is 2 months old and after watching the builder's HVAC company working on the house next door, I elected to NOT employ them for installation of a humidifier/preventive maintenance of my system.

My oil boiler stopped working in the middle of a cold snap, when there was a forecast of icy weather. The technician showed up early despite the weather. He was friendly and not pushy. He slowly walked me through the problems and went over the options of how we can fix them. In the end we decided to do a complete unit replacement instead of multiple costly repairs. My only complaint is they he was quick to suggest the upgrades instead of focusing on the economical solutions. This work ended up being very expensive, and Horizon as a company seemed to push to the most expensive options. In the end the quality of work provided was excellent, I just wish they were a little more considerate of my situation.

For the second time in a year, we had a clogged sewage pipe in our basement, which was on the brink of a very nasty situation (overflowing into our basement). [redacted] (and [redacted]-who I'll review separately and as highly) diagnosed it, gave me several options and explained them and went to work. It was an extremely messy and smelly and horrid condition to work in (with sewage) and they did it with the highest level of professional competence and somehow managed a sense of humor in the worst of conditions. They also diagnosed and swiftly fixed a broken hose connection/valve in relation to a separate job.
