The tech, [redacted]., was very good. He explained what he was doing as he did it and was very thorough. The problem with my drain was actually a main drain issue and he scheduled it to be taken care of the next day. As always with horizon, got a quote before the work ever started. [redacted] services our central air conditioning system. He was extremely efficient and professional. The system is working very well. This gives us peace of mind heading into the hot summer.

Response time incredible when three other companies couldn't be bothered for days (toilet repair). Arrived earlier than expected and [redacted]. was super friendly, experienced and got the job done right.

After being away for a week at the shore, I walked into my home with my senior dog and my air conditioning was not working. The dog was panting in the warm house so I became worried. I had seen ads on TV for Horizon Services and thought they were very compelling. I explained my situation to the young lady on the phone and she forwarded me to the dispatcher who told me that they would have someone here between 4 and 8 p.m. and possibly before. It was 1:30 p.m. and I was satisfied with the response.

At just a little after 2 p.m. I received a call that a Horizon representative would be at my home shortly. I was impressed. [redacted] was my service technician. He worked efficiently, courteously and made me aware of the problems with the equipment. I had him service the air conditioner also and I signed a contract for my heater and air conditioning unit. It was a pleasant surprise from the norm. Thank you Horizon and [redacted] for taking care of me and Sophie.

[redacted] was very professional and thorough in his explanation of what he observed in when he serviced my air conditioning unit. He advised me of the recommended Freon levels and what I needed to do to check them.

The technician, [redacted]., did an excellent job explaining the nature of the repairs required up front, and performing the repairs. Scheduling and logistical support were also first rate.

[redacted] was my technician. Did fabulous and efficient, wouldn't let me help

[redacted]. Was on time and fixed my drain in no time.

[redacted] did a great job doing the annual maintenance on my oil furnace and ac unit. He was efficient, friendly, & got the job completed in a timely manner. Horizon installed my unit 6 yrs ago and have done the maintenance every year.

[redacted] was professional and courteous. He had a thorough knowledge of my equipment.

I had the annual HVAC tune-up performed today by Colin J. of Horizon Heating and Plumbing on my 1 year old system. Colin was clean, in uniform, arrived on time, was courteous and friendly. System check was about 30 minutes and did not even notice his presence other than when he announced what he was going to do next.

Colin J. represented Horizon well today.

I had Ryan B. come out to do some work on a rental property. He was pleasant, professional and courteous. He gave me a detailed estimate and what work would need to be done. He completed the job quickly and cleaned up after. I had him do a drain cleaning service that I hadn't planned on but decided to do based on his completion of the original required service. He provided me with the explanation of all warranties and came out in the evening without additional charge. I was pleased with the work and would use Horizon again.
