We replaced our heatpump with Horizon Services just last week. A neighbor recommended them, and boy, were we glad to make their acquaintance! A sales guy arrived the same day - he measured the house thoroughly and gave us the best quote to fit our budget. The install crew showed up the very next morning and had everything up and running in less than 6 hours. The whole process was seamless and surprisingly, not stressful. Before signing the contract with Horizon, we called around to several other companies to price compare. Some quotes were lower but they couldn’t come out immediately, and the ones that were priced reasonably wouldn’t back up their systems with long-term warranties. Horizon is the best value for the money. We’re extremely happy with our Lennox system (which is backed with a 12 year warranty) and we LOVE the new thermostat too!

[redacted] came to fix the humidifier on my furnace that was displaying a trouble light that said "contact service". He arrived well within the promised window and finished within the window even though had had to go back to office to get a replacement unit. He explained everything and left the place perfectly clean. He is another example of the great technicians we have had from Horizon over the years.

I have a yearly service contract with Horizon. Recently had [redacted] to go over my heating system. He is a professional is every way, a credit to your company.

Technician [redacted] was extremely professional. He wore boot covers, conducted the scheduled maintenance quickly and efficiently. He was at my house prior in advance of the scheduled appointment which worked out great for my afternoon.
