neat and cleaned up after his work. I would recommend him to anyone.

[redacted] came to our house to check on our central air that was not working. He diagnosed a failed compressor and since the unit is 24 years old he recommended a replacement. He explained everything in clear detail and was very professional.

[redacted] solved a difficult drain clog. He was prompt, professional and courteous and explained everything completely. The charges were reasonable, and I was very pleased with the services performed. This is the second time I have used Horizon and would use them again.

We needed additional work done at our request. the parts were delivered and installed promptly. Post service, he reviewed everything he did. I would recommend Horizon Services and [redacted] to all.

Last week, my wife and I had a faulty tub stopper. As we both very much like to read in the bathtub, we needed professional help -- and fast!

[redacted] came t our rescue, and, with his trusty assistant, they pulled out all the bad plumbing pieces and replaced them with new pieces without any fuss or muss or mess. The price was fair, and their work was very professional.

While finishing up this job, [redacted] noticed that our old hot water heater was leaking a bit. He checked the date of the heater, and it was obvious that we were past due for a new one.

As we live in a condo, there are only certain new heaters that would fit here, and we asked [redacted] to see if he could find one ASAP. He did! He returned today, September 15, and installed the new hot water heater. this was a labor of love as he had to shut off water, move the new tank in after he removed the old one, weld & solder pieces and connections, and NOT set off the smoke alarm or the sprinkler. [redacted] stayed a long time until he got the job done RIGHT. We are very satisfied with his work!!!!

Frank did a great job servicing our heat and explaining ways to extend the life of our system. He did a great job explaining options for when the times came to replace our old system. He was very professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs work done.

Jason P. was very professional after introducing himself he went right to work on resolving my heater's problem. He identified the issue immediately. He explained all the work preformed. I have heat in my house again and I am very happy. I would recommend Horizon.

Ken was very courteous and had our stopped up drains cleared quickly. An added bonus to the great service was that the drains had been cleared last December and were guaranteed for a year, so no bill!

Review: I purchased a new HVAC Lennox system from Horizon Services in November 2013. The signed contract stated I would receive a $600 Rebate from Lennox in approxamately 6 weeks. In approxamately 6 weeks I received a check from Lennox for $250. I called Horizon Services Customer Service and have been trying to get my $350 that is owed to me. As of today, February 25, 2014 I still have not received it. I have spoken and called Horizon Services many times. I feel like I'm just getting the run around.

We have always had excellent service from Horizon, and our yearly maintenance call was no exception. It was done in a very timely and professional manner, and our technician even took time out of his busy appt. to give our dogs a cuddle. It's nice knowing we have Horizon to count on.

Perfect service. On time, friendly, professional.

Horizon was very efficient. Same day service. Friendly and wanted to fix my problem today even though it would have been easier to fix my problem the next day

We had a lack of heat situation on a Friday and only Horizon was able to come out before Monday. [redacted] was our tech.....he replaced the broken part and even pointed out a potential safety hazard which he also replaced defect with new part....[redacted] was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed everything in a timely manner and explained my system to me as well as the warrenty and service we signed up for. This is the third time this year we had Horizon out for several separate problems, my wife and I agree they are very good.....on time, wear orange booties in the house, prices are firm and reasonable and leave with us always very pleased.

Several times he updated me on his progress. When he was done, the work area was clean, which is a huge plus!
