I just wanted to give a shout out to Mike R from Horizon who installed our new hot water heater on Monday He did an outstanding job and was very professional Even when the wrong sized drip pan was delivered, he drove down to the warehouse and got the correct size so he could finish the job My whole experience was great from the person who answered my call to the person who set up the appointment Kudos to Mike R and Horizon for getting my hot water back and making my whole experience a good one I also appreciate the the same as cash financing Not many companies provide that and it is very helpful for emergency situations Thanks again!

Technician was friendly, courteous and professional Called Horizon at pm technician was there at 2:pm and we decided to install new hot water heater at 3: Install was done really well and up to code and install was complete by 5:30pm!!! Horizon had everything done in the same day! Everything works terrific and they have a great warranty! I am 100% satisfied!
