I recently purchased a home and was in the market for tuning services for my heating systems Luckily I selected the right service organization in Horizon Services Their service technician (Jared) was on time and very honest with his assessment of my systems He provided me specific options and recommendations that took into account the safety of my family as well as the overall economics I can confidently say I will be a repeat customer of Horizon

Lee was on time with the appointmentHis manner was professional but friendlyHe seemed to have good knowledge of his job and represented Horizon very wellHe was very helpful to us and did an excellent job

I had a pipe break in my bathroom Horizon came out quickly The Technician Keith was great, courteous, and did the job fast and right I would recommend him and Horizon again and again

Excellent service - arrived right at the beginning of service window and was very politePricing was cheaper than the previous company we used where we supposedly got a family discount! Technician even gave us some good tips on cutting our bill and helping our very old unit run better

Had our old water heater start leaking, knew we needed replacementScheduling of initial appt and assessment was easy and Horizon's technician Ryan B came right as scheduled, very timelyI also received a call from Horizon notifying me when he was en routeThe replacement installation was performed and Ryan B was professional and courteous throughout (along with coworker- I don't have his name)Respectful of my house and took care to avoid any damage to the surroundings while moving heatersHe explained the installation, fees, maintenance, and general faq informationWould recommend to others!
