My recent experience for a heater tuwas great The service technician was friendly, and did a through job He explained things to me and showed me what he did He made recommendations to make our unit more efficient I am very pleased with his work and representation of himself

Cooling system went on the fritzCalled Horizon to diagnose the problem and to recommend repair or replacement.Horizon came out on schedule and provided an estimate to repairWe then asked to them give us a recommendation and price to replace the cooling system and also to replace the furnaceAnother Horizon representative came to clearly explain the various merits of several different systems that would meet our needsOnce our decision was made, a three-person installation crew showed up the next morning to do the jobThe installation was completed that day as promisedThe crew was outstanding! The cleanup was perfectWe are extremely happy customers!

Your technician Frank D [redacted] serviced my heatpump He was great! Diagnosed and fixed it efficiently and completely I had other heating contractors attempt to do the same and failed I'm sold on Horizon now

Kevin E of Horizon Services was on time and professional in his approach and in the services rendered Kevin fully and clearly explained what he was going to do to fix our problems He provided me with a complete written estimate before commencing work and got the problems fixed on his first visit He did a great job
