I received excellent service in a timely manner for my air conditioning unit. The technician, Lee B., was very informative and did an excellent job. I will definitely use Horizon again.

I was happy with the service. I received a call when the technician was on his way to my home. He covered his boots upon entering my home, gave an analysis of the problem and different resolutions. The repair was completed within an hour left cleaner than when he started. I am very happy.

Lee Barnes provided outstanding service during his visit to our home for a heater check-up.

Recently had a very good experience with Horizon Services for my a/c care on my home. They sent their technician, Jared F., to my residence to complete a review that had been postponed due to my schedule in the springtime. Jared was thorough with his analysis and took the time to explain to me the variety of options that were available, the pros and cons of each, and possible implications for various choices. Once given the options I was able to make my choice and Jared then proceeded to complete the work that was needed in a prompt fashion. Excellent service call and good work on behalf of Horizon Services.

Jared came to perform our AC tune-up. He arrived on time was very pleasant and informed us of the condition of our system and the preventitive repairs he recommended. He also inquired about renewing our Gold service contract.
Overall our experience was great.

Doug from Horizon was amazing. He was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. Eve though it was 11:00 at night he was wonderful. Great customer service!

There was another person called Joe M[redacted] as trainee came with Andy. They both were professional, friendly, polite and very thorough. I am very happy with the service.
The only noise I have is to the company. I think it is a bit pricey. I was not too happy about the 10/5 evening on call person. The company website says it is 24/7, I called the dispatcher, he was nice, polite which was also a good experience. I expect the on call person should call me back but he didn't. I do understand it was late and perhaps he was tired or had some other commitment, as long as he called back just to tell me he couldn't make it, that would be just fine. But no one called me back to let me know one way or the other. That is not 24/7....

Lee B was on time very professional explained all the work he was doing and made recommendations. Very please with his service

A great experience! The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient!...I had heater that would not start. I called Horizon and they arranged a same day appointment within 2 hours! Jared F., the service person, was very knowledgeable and efficient! He explained what the problem with the heater was (and why) and also, reviewed my options of fixing or replacing the heater and the relative costs involved. Furthermore, he respected me and my house by wearing protective booties while inside. My heater was quickly fixed and he was on his way within 30 minutes. I am very satisfied with the experience and would definitely call Horizon again for my heating needs!

Andrew S[redacted] did a wonderful job installing our hotwater heater...he was thorough..clean and patient. Sometimes us seniors need a little extra time to understand the process. His associate (whose name I did not get) did a very good job and was very conscientious. I would give the both an A+!!!!

Douglas M. not only was professional and courteous, but he took the time to explain all of the options for my heater. I would recommend Horizon, especially Douglas M, for any HVAC services.
