Lee *** of Horizon Services was at our home to fix a problem with our HVAC humidifiers He performed a thorough evaluation and was able to pinpoint the problem in no time He explained the situation in detail and we discussed the options to correct it We have full faith in Lee's skills and abilities to work on our total system and give us an complete and honest evaluation That makes us feel very confident and we will not hesitate to call Lee and Horizon for our future HVAC needs

The technician, Douglas M., was very cordial, polite, and explained in detail what my problem was and my options. The salesman, Phil, explained all my options for a new furnace and air conditioner. He was very patient and highly informative.

Douglas M[redacted] with Horizon New Jersey did a great job with addressing an issue we had with our air condition unit. He was professional and knowledgeable.

Lee came out and was very friendly and helpful and quick & efficient.

He also offered me company discounts, and eased my worried about complications that could arise from upgrading a 20+ year old system which could require major construction possibilities to get the job done.

Lee B., the HVAC Service Technician who came to check my heating unit, is to be commended for being prompt, professional yet personable, courteous, patient, efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. He answered all my questions and explained everything I wanted to know so that I could understand even technical terms. Although the problem with the unit did not manifest itself while he was here, he assured me a technician would return if it happens again. I was delighted that there was no problem, and my heat was working! To really make my day, he told me that he checked with his supervisor and there would be (this one time) no charge for this visit!
My husband and I will certainly continue to use Horizon Services. Additionally, I am impressed with the pleasant and helpful ladies who answer the phones. It is gratifying to see a company that trains their staff so well, and has employees who take such pride in their work!

HVAC Tech, Jared F. was at our home on 6/1/2016 to repair the AC which stopped working. He was right on time. Very polite and friendly. He checked out our AC system, described the problem completely and took the time to explain all of our options. He worked quickly, efficiently and cleanly. The AC is now working and I felt the charges were not out of line for the service performed.

I would like to thank Horizon for sending Douglas M to help get our heater working . He was professional , put his boot covers on on then went to work. On getting my heater running . he was amazing my 23 month old grandson was sleeping durning the whole time -- Douglas M managed to get the heater working and allow my grandson to continue sleeping and wake up to a warm house again . Thank you Horizon and Douglas M. I will eventually need to replace my heater unit but for now I can save my money for a new heatervand still be warm in the mean time !!!! thanks again horizon and Douglas M sincerely [redacted]

Their service man Lee [redacted] was very clear about what needs to be done, after an inspection. He also gave options and a number at the office to call if we wanted to follow through with these options.
He was professional and ready to answer any questions.

The service provided by the technician from Horizon was excellent. The price was fair. The technician explained the issues with my heater. He also made recommendations for future services. I was reluctant to contact Horizon. Since they are so popular, I thought their prices may be high. The cost was fair. The service was excellent.

I called Horizon on Monday evening because my AC unit was not working. They were scheduled to come out on Wednesday but called on Tuesday afternoon with an opening! I was very please with how courteous and thorough the tech was throughout the appointment.

I was very pleased with the service call from Horizons. They were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I called Horizon to determine what was wrong with my air conditioner. The company quickly scheduled an appointment the same day as my call and kept me posted on the arrival time of the technician. The tech, Jared, was very nice and professional. He quickly figured out what my problem was and gave me options on how to handle the issue. I could tell he cared about doing a good job and making sure I understood everything.

The service that was performed by Andrew was excellent. I always bring them back when I need plumbing and or air conditioning and heating services. Thank you very much.
