Andrew S from Horizon services came on time for a scheduled appointment to look at our hot water heater. Andrew and his partner were clean cut and very professional. We ended up deciding to replace our existing unit and Andrew had our exact model on his truck. I had done my homework and knew what other price I had. Andrew matched our best price and installed our new unit within an hour and a half and removed our old unit. I was very satisfied with their workmanship. This was a very satisfying experience.

Jared F. arrived well ahead of his expected time (Called first). Jared was professional and courteous when meeting him at the door. Jared took the time to listen to my issues and then proceeded to give a plan of action. I gave him access to what he needed(He wore shoe covers to protect my floors) And Jared did his thing. I was very pleased with the work performed as well as with the technician doing the work.

We recently had a new boiler installed with Horizon Services and everything went extremely well. They called us up for a "tuner" appointment afterwards. Lee Barnes came out to check and make sure the installation was done correctly. He was very friendly and professional. We are happy with Horizon Services.

I called Horizon Services this morning because my furnace stopped working. I spoke to a real person who collected my information and provided a window of time when the tech would be onsite. I was notified by dispatch that the tech would arrive shortly and that was the case.
Jared * was the technician and he got right to work on the problem and diagnosed the probable cause of the issue. He explained what my options were and the cost of each. Once I decided what I wanted done, he had everything he needed on his truck and he quickly completed the work. He was courteous and diligent about checking his work. He explained everything and thoroughly reviewed the follow up paperwork. I was very happy with the service.

I am very pleased with the service I received, from the young lady who answered the phone to the Tech. Andrew S. He was on time and very knowledgeable, answered all my questions straight to the point. His workmanship was outstanding and I would have to say he is an asset to the company. Would I use them again, you betcha.

Jared F. was on time for a heater tuneup. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Our heater is 20 years old and checked out OK. He explained the [redacted] Plan for the AC, heater and water heater which I signed up for the coming year. Hopefully only yearly maintenance will be all we need. I will be requesting Jared F. for this work.

Lee [redacted] our service technician, was very professional and provided excellent service.
He was also quite knowledgeable concerning our cooling system and future concerns.

Techs were courteous, considerate, & knowledgeable. Very friendly.

When I balked at the price, he volunteered to call his manager and was able to negotiate a more affordable price for the services. I am very please his work and Horizon as a company.

will complete all part of each tune-up and will be able to demonstrate this to the homeowner as well as answer any questions the homeowner may have during the process.

Yesterday our heater was not working. We were able to get an early appointment the next day. Jared arrived promptly at 8 am. He was professional and quickly repaired our furnace with the ignitor we needed. I would recommend Horizon and Jared for any of your heating needs.
