Quick and courteous. Filled us in on all things noticed right away during the service. Covered shoes and were cautious of young kids and dog when going up and down the steps to the basement

Jared [redacted] came out to do our heater tune ups. He was very informative and personable. Did his job efficiently.

This is my second experience using Horizon for repair of my heater. I found Jared F.
to be very polite and a pleasure to do business with, ensuring that I would use
Horizon services for any future repairs.

Lee B. was very professional and explained everything he was going to do and what the options where . He was patient and kind. Spoke to my husband on the phone since he was at work and explained the work he was going to do with the evaluation.

I will only call Horizon Services when I need help because they are reasonably priced, they don't charge $150/hr like independent contractors. When the technicians arrive they are clean, uniformed and professional. I don't ever feel like they are trying to sell me something or trying to up their time to increase their hourly rate. They are polite, honest and will tell me when something doesn't need to be done. They are on time and call when they will not be. I am treated with respect and I genuinely feel appreciated.

HVAC Service Tech Douglas M[redacted] was very professional & clean in doing his job. He explained everything to me so I would understand it. I really had a positive experience..

Jared F. came to do a tune up of one of my heaters and a diagnostics on the second heater that wasn't working. He was very professional and helpful in explaining exactly what he would be doing, the costs, and the benefits to maintenance service contracts. He needed to repair one of the computers and did the repair quickly and completely during the visit. The service was excellent.

Jared came to our house to assess and AC unit not working properly. After describing the issue to him he knew exactly where to start and had us up and running quickly. He also gave us info for getting the most out of our current system to keep it working. I was very happy with the service.

Horizon must hire the best of the best. Jared was friendly, knowledgable, clean cut and well spoken.

Jared F. arrived early for the appointment (after the dispatch service called to verify I was home and willing to accept). Had a clean uniform, 'booties' for his shoes, and a fully stocked bag of tools. Struck the right balance between courtesy and focus on his work. Showed and talked me through exactly what he found, what he fixed, what my options are, and what he recommends. Documented everything before he sat me down to review. Took a credit card for payment. From the truck he arrived in to the card he handed me on the way out the door, Jared F. and Horizon were professional, thorough, and polished.

We are very pleased with Lee's professionalism and kindness. He explained our situation with resolving our problem with our air conditioner so that we understand the process of resolving our problem. Great guy!

Horizon Technician Douglas M. was right on time for service. He identified the problem and took corrective action. He took the time to explain the nature of the issue and the repair requirements. Excellent work !

Andrew and Joe did a great job, neat, clean and professional and did it with a smile! Very pleasant to work with and worked in a timely manner. They were considerate of my carpets and put booties on.

Lee B. Came out to try and save my central a/c. Unfortunately, it was totally dead. Lee offered suggestions was early for the appointment and very helpful.

Lee [redacted] was awesome, professional and informational. He informed me my heater was on it's last legs and helped me set up everything I needed to move forward and get a new system. Thanks to Lee my family is safe from co2 poisoning. Thank you !

Lee was very polite even though my air conditioner is not in an easy location in the attic. Personally I would have screamed but he politely went about his job and solved our problem

My husband and I called Horizon on Thursday afternoon because no hot water was coming out of any of our faucets. The representative told us that a Horizon technician would be at our house on Friday morning between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. My husband stayed home on Friday and Andrew S. from Horizon showed up at about 8:30 am, which was perfect. He went into the crawl space to examine our hot water heater and first see if it was repairable. When he came up he did explain that the top thermostat had shorted out and the unit shut down and in the process a wire, or two, had started to melt because of the thermostat shorting out. He said the damage that was done was repairable, but given that the unit was almost 11 years old that it wouldn't be worth the price to repair the damage because there is a good chance, that given the age of the unit again, that it would break again in the next few years. So he suggested that we replace the unit altogether. My husband and I agreed with him and knew going in that there was a good chance that the suggestion from Horizon would be to buy a new hot water heater and replace the old one. Andrew was even accommodating enough to show my husband where exactly the damage was on the old unit, just as confirmation of the damage that had occurred. Andrew was very helpful with questions that my husband had about the replacement unit and was even kind enough to speak with me over the phone while I was at work to discuss our options and what was going on. We inquired about any [redacted] capabilities that Horizon offers with a new hot water heater, since we have [redacted] capabilities with the new HVAC system and thermostat that we bought and had installed by Horizon a few years ago. Andrew was very helpful and patient enough to make numerous calls back to Horizon to see if Horizon offers anything like that, and when it was confirmed that there was a way to tie alerts from our hot water heater to our existing app for the thermostat for the HVAC system, he then called the warehouse to see if there was any availability on that particular item in case we wanted to purchase it. He presented all 3 of our options in great detail to my husband in person and me over the phone and we came to a decision on which one we wanted. Right after that, Andrew called up another Horizon employee to help him out with the un-installation of the existing hot water heater and the installation of the new one. The two of them worked very diligently to get the job done as fast as they could and Andrew was very apologetic over how much time the entire process was taking. After a few hours the old hot water heater was out of the crawl space and the new one was fully installed. Andrew informed my husband that it would take about an hour after installation for the hot water heater to completely kick in. He said if the hot water wasn't working by 2:30 pm to call him personally and if he was in the area, he would come right back to help us out, or to call the Horizon office to inform them that the new hot water heater wasn't working and have them dispatch someone else who was in the area to help out. Fortunately for us, when my husband tested all of the faucets at 2:30 pm, the hot water worked perfectly!
Andrew S. is a great representative of Horizon and it's services. He did a great job of answering every question that we had in as much detail as he could, he was very personable, and he made us really feel like he cared about us getting the best product, and right product, for our house. He overall did an excellent job. We'd be more than happy to work with him again down the road.

Technician was on time, polite and extremely knowledgeable. He explained all the details and took photos on his phone to clearly show what he found. The diagnosis was dire and a new hvac system is required and comfortable using Horizon for the new system.
