I received an order stating my order had been delivered but it had not. I attempted to call. I did not reach any personnel and my calls (plural...I called more than once) went unanswered. I e-mail and received an automated response stating they'd received my e-mail and would respond but they never did. Eventually, I received a 'small' bottle of something that was of less value than what I'd ordered. I hadn't ordered it and didn't want it. I guess they decided they'd replace the missing item with whatever they wanted to give me. The whole interaction with them has been disappointing to say the very least. Save your money, go elsewhere. Life is too short for this kind of agita...

I have ordered 3 or 4 times from House of Beauty. In the beginning they were good. They provided quality products on time. Last December, around the 18th, I ordered hair products from them. I needed to prepare for Christmas and New Year. The products never arrived. All Monica ( the presumed name of the woman who answered my complaint) could tell me (by email), was the UPS number. NOTHING ELSE! I tried UPS unsuccessfully. House of Beauty NEVER ANSWERED any of my subsequent emails.
I have written no less than 5 times. I have tried to call! Nothing!.
They do not appear to be out of business. They have NOT returned my money and I have none of the products I ordered.

I placed an order mid December and still didn't receive. It says it is seating at USPS since Dec/22. I sent two messages and nobody replied. I see all other reviews with the same issue, and if don't get this resolved until Monday I will dispute charge on my card.

I'm not understanding. I've order a few items off of the website but this time they sent both of my items to two different states. I clearly put my correct address I desired for my items to be delivered to. So I'm not understanding why my items where sent to Philly, and New York. That's no where near Tennessee.

I ordered 20 bottles of hair dye and 2 32 oz developer.They packedhat I had 4 bottles it so poorly that 4 bottles leaked and was a real mess. Will not call me back .STAY AWAY

DO NOT ORDER from this company My daughter ordered from this company and never received the product She asked for a refund, they then proceed to tell her they could not give he one until they received it back We located it at the USPS office id Philadelphia PA It has been sitting at the Post office for days They claim they don't know why it's been sitting at the Post office for day but it wasn't there fault we would just have to wait to see if the Post office delivered it to them It's not their fault that it was return and its been sitting their for dayThe Customer service Rep Inna was they rudest person I have ever spoke to She even hung up on me We me never get out money back, but I would really love it if no one ever ordered from this company again This company has been giving my daughter the run around for weeks!!!
