Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, the representative should have told me exactly what she was going on If she would have responded to me with what she told the Revdex.com, I would have patiently waited for my nailsAs a result, she failed to let me know what was happening and with the full voice mail, etc., this lead me to believe I may be getting ripped off By their track record on Revdex.com, it's clear they need to do some serious work on their customer service and delivery protocol Regards, [redacted]

Do not order online! I placed an order for a wig online I chose standard shipping, which meant I should have RECEIVED the package within days Nine days later, and I never got a shipping confirmation I emailed several times to cancel the order- No reply I called several times and they never picked up Finally, when I called, a woman answered I told her my order number and she put me on hold, then hung up I called several more times She continually hung up on meI called my credit card company to dispute the payment They said that they would contact HOB to dispute it Interesting that an hour later, I got a shipping confirmation Very poor customer service Now, when I finally do receive the item, I want to return it I'm afraid to even try to go through that process
