I already filed a complaint against this business with Revdex.comThey had advised that they would send me a call tag and refund me within working 7-business days of when the receive their productThey sent the call tag and I have mailed back their productIt had been more than 7-business days and I have yet to receive a refund or any type of communication from the companyI called and left a message and have not received a return call regarding my issueThe link to the previous company is http://***Desired Outcome:I would like my refund to be issued within the next few business days as I have already mailed back their product

I ordered and paid for a hair product with the House of Beauty (HOB) and they informed me that the product I ordered was not available and they tried calling me which was a lie, as I know when anyone calls meThen I tried calling them and was not able to talk to any one and it went to their voice mailWhen someone called me back they informed me that I will get a refund for my $It has been a month now and I have not received anything from HOBPlease do not do business with them because after you pay for a product they will tell you that it is OUT OF STOCK and then never return your money

I accept the offer and I have been awaiting my refundThe very unprofessional letter that was forwarded to me shows that this company does not no how to do businessAny company that has an answering service for a customer call center should not be in business because it shows
that customers are not their top priority. I was never contacted about my order until after my first call ( and was hung up on), by email stating they were out of stock, I never received any calls whatsoeverWhen I called House of Beauty numerous times about my order I should have been made aware of any concerns regarding my order at that timeMy daughter has a *** account which my credit cards are linked to that I use occasionally and when a purchase is made with my credit cards, it defaults after the transaction to her information instead of mine due to the fact that she opened the *** accountI shouldnt feel the need to explain myself but I want cosumers to know that House of Beauty is rediculously unprofessional and no one should order anything from this businessThank you for dealing with matter and have a great day.
